Keeps Me Running!

Last year I was suffering with hamstring pain and a tight right hip that made running difficult. Since I was training for a marathon, cutting back on my running was not the option I chose. Russell worked on my hip flexors and other areas every 2 weeks for about 2 months. I ran my marathon 2 1/2 months later - and no pain since he fixed me! So when my low back flared up last week, I promptly scheduled and he promptly relieved that tightness as well! This guy knows his stuff!!
