    Excellent massage

    Unassuming location with a terrific, professional massage. Leah (I think!) was knowledgable, effective and pleasant. I came in with kinks and knots - particularly in my upper back, and walked out unwound, relaxed and renewed. Two thumbs up!

    Leah deserves all the good things people say!

    Not only did Leah give me a fantastic and *therapeutic* massage but she called me a week later to see how I was doing. Her follow-up call didn't seem to be a marketing call at all--she genuinely seemed interested in how I was feeling. Will be back and would recommend.

    Nancy was excellent!

    First time at Free Bodied and I thought Nancy did an exceptional job. I explained that I was a runner and she went right to the spots that needed the most work. I felt great the next day and was able to run freer and looser than earlier in the week. I look forward to my next appointment!

    Stiff Neck no more

    Went in to see Nancy at Free Bodied and left being able to actually turn my head pain free. I've had issue for about a month and couldn't get full mobility, but after my massage I finally have full motion.

    Feebodied ROCKS!

    I have recommended her to all my crossfit buddies. She very knowledgeable with the musculature of the body and has great strength and stamina. I felt amazing and completely loose and relaxed for days afterwards. My glutes thank you!

    Best trigger point

    Leah provided the best trigger point massage. Already have follow up appointment. The place was easy to find, professional surroundings and best treatment.

    Excellent massage!

    Norianna was wonderful! Perhaps the best massage I've ever had, very calming atmosphere without the false sense of big massage chains. She also helped me to identify where some back pain might be originating from. I will definitely be coming back for another session!

    Amazing massage

    Leah Nelson is a gifted masseuse. Her extensive knowledge of the body and natural intuition contribute to healing body work. My 90 minute massage left me feeling rejuvenated and transformed. My muscles felt elongated and appropriately released. I highly recommend Leah Nelson and the lovely atmosphere at Free Bodied.

    Perfect!

    Leah did an amazing job relieving my tight back and shoulders. She also took the time to explain her technique and why it is effective. She is clearly very knowledgeable and is also professional and kind. The whole package! I highly recommend her.

    Great massage.

    Had terrible back pain. I had gone to several other places with no help. I had a massage with Norrianna she was great knew exactly what she was doing. She got rid of my pain in one visit. Thank you!!!

    Heavenly

    Leah is extremely knowledgeable and talented. She intrinsically knows how to deal with complicated back pain issues. Few, if any massage therapists are as accomplished as she is. I recommend her without reservation.

    It hurts so good!

    I started seeing Leah because of low back and hip pain. We met about a year ago. A few years backI had an MRI and was told I have 2 bulging discs in my low back. I have gone to a few different massage therepists and a few chiropractors in my journey with back pain, but I will say the Leah is the first massage therapist that works on the issues I have and works out the pain. If you need healing and want results, Leah is the one! She's the real deal!

    Not your fluffy "day spa" therapist

    I've been to Leah about a dozen times or so and she is awesome! I suffer from "doughy middle aged guy syndrome" sustained in a "not active enough" lifestyle as I'm married with a kid. Leah always works me over (in a good way) and motivates me to get off my butt. She really cares and I highly recommend her even if you're not specifically broken in some way, shape or form.

    Chronic back pain

    I've suffered from lower back pain for years. After two sessions with Leah I am feeling relief and hope to be pain free soon. She cares for and educates her customers. I would recommend her as a massage therapist.

    No More Knee Pain!

    I went to Leah with Free Bodied one week ago because I had knee pain. I haven't had knee pain since!

    Fantastic Massage!

    I went to see Leah for some neck and shoulder pain due to martial arts and strength training. She did really well at getting to the sore pressure points that I knew I had and some that I didn't even know existed. I highly recommend her.

    HUGE FAN!!!!

    I have seen Leah a couple times for some low back and hip pain. Leah is the first therapist that I've met/seen for my specific pain/injury. I've had other massages in the past, but Leah get's right to the problem and I've already felt relief and improvement in the few visits we've had. I am completely impressed and recommend Leah to everyone I know that even mentions a small about of pain or discomfort. I will be a client for life!

    Impressive prenatal massage

    I visited Leah for some relief of my pregnancy related back pain. I was amazed at how comfortable I was during the massage and I felt great afterwards. I only wish I could see her more often.

    Not just massage - actual physical improvement!

    I've been going to Leah for several months however I don't suffer from any injury or ailment per se, I'm just an out of shape middle aged married with children guy. Long story short, Leah isn't one of those fluffy Utah "feel good" massage therapist types. She is the real deal "body mechanic" that works on you to ultimately get you physically better than before. Go see Leah if you're looking to get results. I highly recommend her.

    On My Way to Recovery

    Several weeks ago I strained a muscle in my hip region after a cross fit workout. I was traveling and not at my regular gym. I hoped that it would go away on its own but after several weeks with no improvement, I went to Leah for a session. She quickly located the affected area (I thought it was SI joint but it was actually gluteus medius) and helped to reduce the pain and speed the healing. I experience a tremendous improvement in the following days and am well on my way to recovery!

    I Feel Great

    A day later and I feel like a brand new person. I received the much need relief for my neck and shoulder pain. I will be going back again soon! Leah is great and does a good job at targeting the spots you need the most help with.

    Effective Bodywork

    Leah at Free Bodied worked on me recently for neck and shoulder pain/tension caused by high levels of stress. Leah listened to my issue, targeted the specific areas of pain and worked on those areas for one session. At the end of the session, I was able to freely move my neck and shoulder and my pain was considerably diminished. I would recommend her for anyone who is experiencing limited movement due to muscle pain.

    Great massage

    Best around. Leah had helped me reduce my daily aches and pains to almost nothing. I no longer take any medications to help me get through the day. As an added benifit I have lost weight due to her nutritional advice. I highly recommend Leah for your massages.

    Outstanding Therapist!

    I've seen Leah several times and give her my highest recommendation. I've been to several massage therapists in the valley over the last few years, searching for relief from neck and upper back pain. Leah is the first and only therapist that has been able to give me more than just temporary relief. She is a true healer!
