  This program is designed to focus on one specific issue with intensity. 3 coaching sessions over 30 days, unlimited e-mail support for 30 days, support to begin following a recommendation from your health practitioner, and much more....
• 90-Day Intensive Program ($650.00)
  This program is a more structured program designed with more commitment and accountability, two 50-minute sessions per month for three months, access to me with unlimited support between sessions, and much more....
