Foraminal Stenosis & Root Nerve Impingement
James B - Jul 21, 2017
Kandra diagnosed my severe nerve pain in my left hip, knee, thigh, calf , ankle and foot as pinched nerves that would require surgery. She recommended that I contact the Colorado Comprehensive Spine Institute for a consultation. The resulting surgery has released the impingement on the root nerves with no residual pain. I give Kandra 5 stars for pointing me in the right direction to fix the problems. She's not helping me regain full use of my left leg and foot.

Kandra is excellent! She knows exactly what to do for my ITBand problem. Would recommend her to anyone.
Keeps me moving
Athlete - Jul 14, 2017
As an athlete you tend to learn that constant pain will be part of daily life. No chiropractic session helped, and if it did it was very temporary. Monthly massages would take the edge off but would only last a week at best. K Lovato has put me on a system of dry needling and stretches. Her advise has taken almost all my pain away. I see her roughly three times a year! for anyone who is very active I highly recommend this clinic.

Thank you Kandra for working with me on the rehab of my sprained knee. I could hardly walk when I went to my first appointment. I was really getting around with little pain and walking up the stairs on my own. I messed up last week and must have twisted my knee again. I'm back in the knee brace again. My first thought was "when can I get back to Kandra".
frozen shoulders and carpal tunnel pain
Debra K - May 24, 2017
I've been dealing with pain level 8 - 10 on both shoulders for almost 12 month. Kandra has been helping me for a couple of months now. After trying so many other avenues, I finally feel like Kandra has identified my problem(s) and I can honestly say that my pain is decreasing and my mobility is increasing, slowly and painfully - BUT IT IS GETTING BETTER!
