I was recently in with my tween daughter for a yearly eye exam. We both had a great experience. My tween was full of questions and Dr. Zappola took her time and explained things to her making it a fun experience, and reassuring both of us. Thank you!!!

It's weird, but I have this intense phobia related to anything eyeballs. They just creep me out. I put off going to the eye doctor for years and years, and I finally bite the bullet and went to see Dr. Zappola. She was amazing!!! She was reassuring, and didn't judge me for my weird fear. She made me feel as comfortable as possible, and was very understanding and professional about a personal issue I shared. If you have to deal with eyeballs, I'd highly recommend her, and EyeCare Boston.
the model of eye care

I'll vote for a president who will put Dr. Rabkin in charge of a radical simplification of medical care in the US. Patients first, modern tech all in service to simple goals. The caregiver in full charge of staff, schedules, analysis of problems, explanations of procedures. No outside "deciders" of treatment -- e.g. insurance co's. Clear, candid presentation of costs. Patience plus respect for everybody's time. In short, one leaves Dr. Rabkin's office seeing better and feeling more human!

Thoroughly professional service both for vision care and eye wear selection. Staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them for their unhurried and thorough eye exams. Have been a customer for more than ten years and could not be more satisfied

Dr. Rabkin was thorough, informative and utterly customer-centric in making certain that she both understood my eye care concerns and goals for the visit -- and then that she had satisfied them. I recommend her and her practice without reservation.
