Cooling Tune-Up ($69.95)
Spring maintenance for your air conditioning equipment. Includes: condenser cleaning, tightening of electrical components, testing of motors & electrical components, oil condenser fan motor and up to one pound of refrigerant ($50 value). -
Heating Tune-Up ($69.95)
Winter maintenance for your HVAC system. Includes: inspection of heat exchangers & safety mechanism, test gas pressure, temperature rise, electrical elements, delays & relays, read amp draw, and tighten electrical components. -

Spring tune up

Service was prompt and efficient. Very thoughtful and considerate. Always great service. However that being said I do have a question. My husband thought we had a yearly contract and was surprised that I was billed. Shouldn't it have already been paid for? Can you clarify for me?
