Since 2006, the instructors at Practical Fitness have guided me to stay healthier and saner for my well-being. I feel great and with more energy to tackle the day and my goals. 30 minutes work wonders. For real! I still keep up with my long walks and hikes and light stretches daily. Nutrition is on the mark too. Combined, I am more fit. Commit to PF and be renewed and energized for life. Rock on, PF team!

A friend recommended Practical Fitness. I have been going once a week for the past 12 weeks and I love it! My muscle tone, definition, and strength have improved all over in a much shorter workout than I was used to having at gyms or with trainers. The fact that it is only half an hour really helps with my schedule. Really, you should check it out!

I had an emergency appendectomy in my second pregnancy--after that, I couldn't even find my abs! No matter how hard I worked, I couldn't feel them engage or get results. Also, having two little ones made it hard to find time for fitness. In only two sessions per week, my PracFIT trainers helped me reconnect with my abdominal muscles and find the total body strength I had lost. I've been able to return to the activities I used to love, like yoga, dancing, and even running. Finally, I'm Back!

Our daughter gave me a month at PracFit for Mother's Day. That was six years ago! She and I are still fans. But now at 70 years young, our dad/husband, seeing us strong and healthy, joined the club. We three know PracFit makes our lives virtually boundary free.
