Smarter Exercise (SE) utilizes the principles of high-intensity weight-lifting to create the most time-efficient exercise regimen I've ever experienced. Nothing burns calories like muscle tissue and SE has allowed me to build muscle with a minimal risk of injury. The workout safely brings me to the point of momentary muscle failure in all the major muscle groups and is the hardest thing I do (physically) each week, but it's all over in 15-20 minutes. I am in the best shape of my life!
