Just started yesterday, and I am really excited. It is a lovely space and Winkie was very lovely and made me feel like I could do it. I felt very safe and think that this will be a great form of exercise for me. I know that I can do anything for that amount of time, so it is really motivating! Give it a try and see for yourself!
