I recently went snow skiing for a week with friends. I was nervous; the last time I skied was 25 years and 40 pounds ago! However, since working out with Thom my strength and endurance have improved to the point that I had a fantastic time. No injuries, a little sore the second day, got my old form back! Thanks Thom!
