Smarter Exercise is a different way to get a whole body workout with weights in. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed. Thom does a great job guiding you through each workout. He does it with humor and a positive attitude. I love that it takes only twenty minutes to get a whole body workout done. I highly recommend it to people who are looking for weight training. Thom makes it fun.
