The best 20 minutes you can spend!!!

I love everything about it! I can really go for it because it is only 20 minutes! Its safe and we do the exercises very slowly [form is very important] so I am always doing it right. And yes its hard & a bit scary, but in a really good way. Once I got used to working that hard--for only a few minutes, I felt a tremendous sense of accomplishment. My confidence is increasing, along with my strength, while fat decreases [yeah]. The feeling of wellbeing and satisfaction afterwards is wonderful!
