Great first experience

I think this is the type of workout I have been searching for. Slow burn makes perfect sense especially when my friend Curtis (who researched it thoroughly) described the benefits. Thom was careful in his assessment of me before the workout and made the first experience a good one. I am now signed up to workout weekly!
