Best most effective workout in only 20 min!

Smarter Exercise is a science based full body workout that only takes 20 min per session (I do two sessions a week) and the results are better than if I were to spend 3 - 5 hours a week in a gym. After 20 min. I feel like my muscles are fully fatigued. I can see the results in my surfing, SUP and other activities! Thanks Thom!
