The best workout for people who don't have time

My schedule does not allow much time to work out. One twenty minute workout with Thom each week gets amazing results. Thom mixes it up each week and keeps me injury free. Nothing could be as time efficient, Thom's studio is just right. Well located, clean and nicely finished. This is a perfect alternative to the big name gyms.
