My wife and I have been going to Smarter Exercise for years and feel it has been essential in improving our strength, flexibility, and health. We go once a week and hate to miss a session. We love our instructor Tom who has been our friend and mentor in maintaining our health as we get older.

great use of time and money for max results in a work out--keeps me in great shape, especially my posture--totally individualized, wascustomized for my recovery from a surgery--has significantly increased my bone density and improved balance, i no longer fall or worry about falling--great investment!

I can't say enough about Smarter Exercise! It is very professional and clean. Just 20 minutes a week and I am stronger than ever before. It keeps me surfing and doing all that I like to do at age 59. I recommend it to everyone.

I'm 61 and over the years I've tried many different gyms, workouts, and trainers. I've found Thom and his methods to be the most effective and efficient of them all. I work long hours in Orange County and commute from/to Encinitas, so being able to get a custom full-body workout in 20 minutes a week is very valuable to me. The workouts are high-intensity, but safe. I'm just starting my 7th year with Thom and Smarter Exercise, which is almost three times longer than any other. Give it a try!
