Best most effective workout in only 20 min!

Smarter Exercise is a science based full body workout that only takes 20 min per session (I do two sessions a week) and the results are better than if I were to spend 3 - 5 hours a week in a gym. After 20 min. I feel like my muscles are fully fatigued. I can see the results in my surfing, SUP and other activities! Thanks Thom!

I recently went snow skiing for a week with friends. I was nervous; the last time I skied was 25 years and 40 pounds ago! However, since working out with Thom my strength and endurance have improved to the point that I had a fantastic time. No injuries, a little sore the second day, got my old form back! Thanks Thom!

I SIGNED UP WITH SMARTER EXERCISE INITIALLY AS A BONE DENSITY BUILDING TOOL, AND TO STRENGHEN TO AVOID FALLS--HAS DONE THAT, NO LONGER LOOSE BALANCE AND HAVE NOT BROKEN ANYTHING AND GREATLY IMPROVED MY TONE , STRENGTH, AND FITNESS--GREAT HEALTH AND FITNESS TOOL

I think this is the type of workout I have been searching for. Slow burn makes perfect sense especially when my friend Curtis (who researched it thoroughly) described the benefits. Thom was careful in his assessment of me before the workout and made the first experience a good one. I am now signed up to workout weekly!
