They broke my car

My car is old - somehow while cleaning the interior they broke the plastic cover on the emergency brake. They also used a pressure washer on the outside when specifically said not to and destroyed the molding between the hood and the windshield not to mention the windshield gasket itself. To top it off my car now smells like bubble yum gum when I specifically said NO FRAGRANCE! The people actually doing the work can't read English so all the papers you have to fill out are worthless.
