    They broke my car

    My car is old - somehow while cleaning the interior they broke the plastic cover on the emergency brake. They also used a pressure washer on the outside when specifically said not to and destroyed the molding between the hood and the windshield not to mention the windshield gasket itself. To top it off my car now smells like bubble yum gum when I specifically said NO FRAGRANCE! The people actually doing the work can't read English so all the papers you have to fill out are worthless.

    Manager's Special

    I've been going here for years, and I'm always pleased. The Manager's Special is a great deal too. Why pay $10-15 to go through a car wash, when for $40 you can have both the interior and exterior cleaned (hand wash, tires detailed, windows cleaned, etc.). Definitely give them a try.

    Consistently good

    I have a 2008 and I take it into Karmichael at least once a year. It has almost 75k miles on it, and it still looks great. They do a very solid job with the cleaning and the finish. I think this is a great value if you're interested in keeping your car looking good and would recommend their services (as I have to friends).

    absolutely excellent

    Outstanding job. With a very short time-window, they did a fantastic job of getting huge amounts of dog hair and slobber cleaned up (think St. Bernard). I would go back in a NY minute. Great job and great customer service

    quick service

    They were able to get our car in on short notice and complete it while I was at work. Looks great! And since I was late getting back they locked our key in the car so we could still pick it up that night (when we needed it). Great customer service.

    Great Job- Mukilteo

    Great job w/ the premium package. Exterior is shiny and sleek, the paint job looks new on my 2001 Accord. Interior- Leather very nice, headliner spots gone, Carpets look new, and they even got out spots in my trunk. The Trunk and Door Jams are shiny and devoid of gunk. The only thing they missed was the side mirrors were a little grimy, which I didn't even notice until I was driving home.

    Great Job - Factoria Location

    My new SUV had taken a road trip and was COVERED in bug guts...really gross. They managed to get it completely clean and looking new again in under an hour. I will take both my cars there from now on.

    Factoria Review

    I brought in my son's car that looked like it had been parked in an open field for 10 years. It was bad inside and out. I didn't recognize the car when I went to pick it up it was so shiny. Great job at getting that mold off the roof guys! I'm bringing my own car in next week. After seeing what they can do with a wreck, mine should look like brand new again.

    Excellent Premium Detail Service

    Took my car in for a Premium Detail service. It looked excellent both on the inside and outside. Have used Karmichael a few times and I am always very satisfied with their work.

    Nice detail

    Took my 9 year old car in for it annual detail, Car looked great !!!! I always found Karmicheals work to be top notch at the Factorial location.

    OK, Overpriced-Mukilteo

    Took my new 2012 Toyota Truck in for the Managers Special @ $35.95 but when I received the truck the grille, side mirrors, & hood had a bunch of dead bugs still on it. Most where smudged from cleaning right on top of them, also my windows where smudgy & the interior vacuuming was sloppy. I saw no reason to go back, I've washed my own car since and the bugs fall right off, I do it by hand with a hose no major scrubbing needed. Disappointing, Overpriced, Lacks in Value.

    Express Detail Review - Factoria

    I have used their services before and had always thought they did a good job. This time, using their recent Express Detail Groupon, I was disappointed. Interior was ok, but they missed several areas on the lower body panels on both sides behind the wheels. That area is where road gunk gets kicked up and it looked like they did not clean it at all. When I brought it to their attention, they cleaned it up.

    Managers Special Review

    The job was done great and fast! Even better was that they walked out with me and told me about some trouble spots on the car and a few of their services that could make them look better (and it didn't feel like an upsell!). I'll be scheduling another appointment with them in the very near future! Found my new local car wash! Great job guys!!!

    Interior was great. Most of the exterior could have been better. Washed and waxed but missing the "detail" part.
