• Therapeutic Massage (60 minutes) ($90.00)
  I'll custom design a massage using various types of strokes and pressure. This work can be firm, vigorous---and sometimes painful. This type of work helps athletes, chronic Pain sufferers and those who like a firm touch.
• Therapeutic Massage (90 minutes) ($130.00)
  A customized massage with the ability to focus more time and attention on trouble areas. This is the massage that lets you, the client, focus where you need deep work and pamper a favorite area as well. Foot massage anyone?
• Relaxation Massage (60 minutes) ($85.00)
  Tailored to clients who prefer lighter strokes and depth. While this massage may be lighter, that doesn't mean the effects are any less significant.
• Relaxation Massage (90 minutes) ($125.00)
  Tailored to clients who don't want to be more sore or tight then when they came in. Typically, lighter strokes and depth allowing the client to unwind and relax.
• Reflexology (30 minutes) ($50.00)
  Work on the feet is said to correspond to all organs and body parts. Whether or not this is true or whether you believe this to be true, foot work feels wonderful. Reflexology is a great addition to either relaxation or deep work.
• Infant Massage ($30.00)
  There is a general misunderstanding of Infant Massage. The therapist trains the parents to provide caring, nurturing massage for their infants. Three a la carte sessions cost $20 per 45' class
• Heated Stone Massage (90 minutes ($150.00)
  A mixture of hot stones and massage blended together to soothe, heal and relax. Includes aromatherapy, one essential oil diffused into the room and added to the body oil used for the massage portion of the service.
• Aromatherapy-add to any service ($5.00)
  Add essential oils to any treatment.
