I recently got some waxing services at Ritzy Blue. The staff was very pleasant and professional. It was clear she was knowledgeable and honest. Each client was handled with care. It doesn't look very fancy from the outside, and you may almost pass it up if you drive too fast, but the service inside is great and I will return!

I looked at reviews of Ritzy blue & read plenty of great reviews of the teeth whitening, but none for waxing. I was a little hesitant at first, but when I arrived, I was very comfortable. Kesha was my ethsetician & she was wonderful! I was getting my first Brazilian wax & she walked me through every step. Used a Groupon, then was locked in at a discounted price for future waxes. The salon looked like it could use a little tidying. Otherwise, I enjoyed my experience & will be returning.

Purchased a Groupon for 60 min worth of whitening. The studio was very clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating, as I was running behind and they held my appointment. The whitening tech was very friendly and informative. I would probably recommend going in increments of 20 or 30 minutes, since 1 hour of remaining still in the chair without a TV or music can be a challenge! Overall, a great experience and good results!

I wanted to shed maybe 2-3 extra pounds before I leave. The add was $29.00 for a whole body infrarred body wrap. This is when your body is covered in a slederizing gel, then wrapped for maybe 30-45 min then removed. Customer Service was great, Only problem was that my body wasn't wrapped at all. I put on a sauna suit and layed in an all bigy heated pad which made me sweat. I lost maybe 1 pound.I didn't have the wrap I was expecting.

I was extremely pleased with the results from my 60-minute whitening (5 shades whiter). The ladies there are pleasant and efficient. Love that they price match for a year so since I used my YouSwoop ($49 for 60 min.) they will honor that price for an entire year! I will be going back and highly recommend that you give them a try!

I was very happy with the experience. The staff is friendly. The procedure was quick, I was even able to get in a quick nap. The only downfall I would say is, I wish the bleaching trays would wrap around towards the back of my teeth too. I feel like only the front of my teeth were bleached? But overall it was good!

I loved the chance to just RELAX while it was being done, and they gave me water in a crystal glass afterwards! It's a small business but the women were fashionable and kind. Great location. I couldn't have been more impressed with quality of the service that was provided to me yesterday at my teeth brightening experience. I bought Gilt voucher for 60 minutes, but was able to split it in half, due to my sensitivity. I was leaving with great experience, wonderful advice and will be coming back for my second half of treatment in few weeks. I should mention that my teeth has lighten up by two shades in 30 minute setting. Great job!

I expected a lot, but after 5 minutes of the procedure my gums and teeth burned so bad that I told the staff it would hurt too much. We tried it 5 more minutes but it just got worse. They told me they've never ever seen that someone's teeth and gums would be so sensitive. Parts of my upper gums turned white for an hour and still hurt. I guess it always depends on the person but for me it was a total waste of money and I'm not gonna do it again.

Wasn't quite sure what to expect but after 35 minutes in "the bag" I lost 1.8lbs of water weight yesterday afternoon. Incredibly though I felt very refreshed and still do today even having taken two spin classes in the 24 hours since the appointment. Yes, you'll replenish water as soon as drink some but the intensity really does cleanse out toxins leaving you feeling great! Thanks for taking such good care of me too because it was HOT!

Me and my wife got our teeth whiten very quick and the process was simple and noticeably effective. My wife teeth went down around 6 shades during the process and mines only a couple of shades. The technician did explain to me, that each person effectiveness can vary. Throughout the process we was very comfortable and extremely satisfied with the overall results. The girl who helped me out was very nice and came in to check on me frequently. However, the whitening was process was pretty much useless. My teeth barely went up one shade AND it only whitened the bottom half of my top front teeth... it was a complete waste of money (even though I had the Groupon). I would not recommend spending $89 dollars to get a barely noticeable difference.

The location was not super well marked from the outside but the atmosphere in the office was very pleasant and very clean. She lightened my teeth two shades at least in just 25 minutes...and I had no sensitivity at all. I had never tried the LED way and was really happy w the experience.
