Initially I thought I couldn't work but now i am working out twice a week in practical fitness,I really love this place and love the way they make us to work and the team, I gained more stamina and Strength that ever before.If you want results this is the best place.

I have really enjoyed working with the prac fit staff and have benefitted tremendously from the workout. It has really helped me work through some old injuries and allowed me to do some things I thought I couldn't do any more. I feel 10 years younger! I work out once a week and feel great!
Efficient & Extremely Effective

I'm a competitive martial artist. I was also a runner and crossfitter for a total of over 15 years. Practical Fitness is bar none the most efficient and effective program for gaining functional strength that I've ever come across. I've recommended it to just about everyone I know: young athletes I train with, my 30-something sisters, my 65-year-old parents. I love it. And I feel like I always get maximum results for my time, which is extremely valuable to me.

I travel for a living sitting in a car 3 days a week. My only real effort to try and stay in shape was riding my bike, which I wasn't very consistent at. I needed a way to stay in shape that fit my schedule and didn't require me to go to a gym 3 nights a week. I have a busy life and needed an alternative. I decided to give it a try after my stylist/owner recommended it back in Jan '16. I'm sold on this approach and have more stamina & strength that ever before.
