An Amazing Resource

Robin and the San Diego Breastfeeding Center have been amazing. It is so stressful to have issues feeding your new baby and Robin was super helpful and very reassuring and supportive. She made me feel at ease and gave me tangible results on our first visit. The free breast feeding support group has also be wonderful and everyone that works at the Center has been a huge help!

Ali and the San Diego Breastfeeding Center have been a life saver for me as a new mom. My son had jaundice and lost weight rapidly in his first few days. He was very lethargic at feedings as well. I was so worried, but Ali was incredibly warm and helpful, and with her support, my son is now back up to birth weight at 11 days and is feeding much more actively. I don't know what I would have done without her! I highly recommend Ali and the San Diego Breastfeeding Center.
Saved our breastfeeding relationship!

I can't say enough good things about the SDBC. After several bad experiences with other lactation consultants, a friend recommended the SDBC and I was so glad she did. I honestly don't think we would be breastfeeding without them. The team is so knowledgable, supportive, and understanding that every breastfeeding relationship is unique. They were always available by email and phone after our appointment for any follow-up I needed.
Best experience I could've had

It really was a great experience! The place was pretty easy to find, the receptionist was very kind, I was attended right away, I had made an appointment with Melanie, she made me feel very comfortable, she answered every question I had, she was just very informative, and let me know things that I didn't know were going on with my baby, she gave me some solutions, overall I'm very happy I went!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Robin. From our first visit in my home almost 5 months ago, to our most recent follow up visit in her office just last week. She has been an incredible source of support and information for all aspects of my feeding-challenged baby. She is kind, patient, and makes you feel so comfortable while working on such an emotionally-charged and vulnerable task that breastfeeding can be. I always leave feeling inspired and hopeful :)
