I was friendly greeted by name and offered water and made comfortable. After waiting I was certain it would be worth it. As I surmised, Dr. Paquette was very patient, a superb listener and genuinely caring and concerned for my situation. The SBWC staff was equally caring, very genuine in their concern for my comfort, offering words of encouragement. At the SBWC what I was looking for was found.
