• Dr. Thomm Wellness Adjustment
  
• Dr. Rodgers Wellness Adjustment ($45.00)
  Routine follow up appointment for either maintenance care or follow up visits related to recently examined issue. Schedule a new issue exam if a new issue needs evaluation or if it has been more than 6 months since your last appointment.
• Physical Therapy Appointment 45 ($90.00)
  40 minutes long including ultrasound, muscle stim, therapeutic exercises, and icing techniques for a recently evaluated issue. Schedule new issue exam if new issue or greater than 6 months since examined.
• Physical Therapy 30 min ($65.00)
  30 minutes long including ultrasound, muscle stim, therapeutic exercises, and icing techniques for a recently evaluated issue. Schedule new issue exam if new issue or greater than 6 months since examined.
• Disc herniation traction 30 ($65.00)
  Flexion distraction table combined with post traction core stability, icing, etc following a recent examination. New issue requires a new issue examination for established patients.
• Orthotics Consultation ($250.00)
  Custom carbon fiber, thermomoldable, or pre fabricated orthotic consultation for maladies of foot , knee, hip, or spine related to overpronation or underpronation of the foot. Cost will vary based upon orthotic type with carbon quoted below.
• Xray Examination Outside Patient ($75.00)
  New issue exam required for our current patients. This service is for outside clinics who use us for diagnostic imaging purposes. Cost is average.
• Bike Fit Established Patient ($125.00)
  Road or mountain bike. 29er mountain bikes have special bike fit needs so please announce this at scheduling.
• Running Gait Analysis ($175.00)
  Established patient. New patients need to be seen for an initial exam to identify diagnosis prior to assessing running gait as a risk factor.
