I came in for an overall check up and Jessica was very thorough in her analysis of my body's current situation and brought up some aspects and conditions I didn't notice before. I felt very calm and balanced after the session and so far have had a good response to the herb mixture. Jessica also has a great demeanor and presence. She knows her stuff!

I originally came to see Jessica for morning sickness that wouldn’t dissipate. She has not only helped immensely with that issue, but with every aspect of my pregnancy! Her knowledge and skills when dealing with pregnancy are awe-inspiring. She has even been able to help me stay sane through this allergy season as well! Jessica has helped me enjoy this pregnancy and I am excited to learn how she can help me post-partum as well!

Jessica has a gift for listening deeply and a gentle touch with the needles, which make the experience very pleasant. When it comes to results, she really zeros in on the issue and uses both acupuncture and herbs to optimize the healing process. I have had great results and will continue the healing of knee pain which is much better after one session, and which no one else has been able to improve. Thank you Jessica!

I had won a free acupuncture session from the PDX Women's Expo. I had not tried acupuncture before but was curious. What a great way to satisfy that curiosity! Jessica was friendly and put me right at ease. I wasn’t sure what to expect, so she explained everything so I understood what was going to happen. She is very skilled and I would highly recommend her.

I had never had acupuncture before seeing Jessica. My visit was very nice, including the office space, the professionalism, all the apple/Mac products and the validation of parking! Jessica was able to answer my questions and make me feel very comfortable, despite me having no idea what to except before my treatment. I've been telling everyone I see about my new experience. Having had a stroke last November, western medicine didn't have much to offer me in terms of nerve damage repair. Jessica was confident we could get more feeling back in my left side and we have!! There have been many side benefits as well. Helping me with stress, hormones and even the common cold. I would definitely reccomend seeing her for many of your health needs!

Jessica's office made me feel very peaceful. I injured my shoulder about a year ago. Six trip to the chiropractor yeilded little improvement. I had been unable to move my hand behind my hip. After only one session, I was able to reach back and place my hand just above my lower back. Remarkable! I am looking forward to the next session!

It was almost like going to a spa! Jessica was very thorough in getting my medical background. Very caring every step of the way. The office is bright and beautiful, easy to find. It was so nice to get personal, private, uninterrupted attention. She not only seemed to love what she does but was also really excited and confident in helping me with my fertility issues. She is definitely a practitioner I would want on my team!

Jessica was really attentive and knowledgeable. Her office is right downtown ut feels a world apart. She was thorough yet kind when asking questions about my health background. When we got to the needling she was very careful about making sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. I left feeling completely blissed out and much of the pain that I had been carrying in my low back for weeks had dissipated significantly. I've already recommended her to some of my friends!

Jessica is very gifted and knowledgeable. i always have many questions, especially when it comes to eastern modalities. she was thorough in her explanations which provided me with new insights and strategies for maintaining optimal health. her office space is well lit with an open layout that put me right at ease. there was very little discomfort with the needling and she was very attentive about making me feel safe.

Jessica did a very thorough health history and really wanted to understand what kind of treatments would work best for my unique situation. She did a combination of acupuncture and cupping that felt great, and the next morning I woke up completely relieved of my shoulder pain from a pulled muscle. I would recommend her to anyone!

Prognosis: two tennis elbows. Treatment:: 3 treatments with Jessica at Vitalize. Ah, feeling oh so much better. Was it the herbs she prescribed or the needle therapy? I think both. In addition to validated parking, her cozy office with the terrific view is, in and of its self, worth the visit. Jessica caringly evaluated my overall health issues and never once applied pressure to commit further. Very relaxing and helpful sessions.

I met Jessica at the womans fair at the convention center. She was very kind & helpful. She did a mini stress relief procedure which was nice. I made an appointment for the following tuesday. She is very thorough collecting health histories & is quick to know different points to place the acupuncture needles. I plan to continue seeing Jessica on a regular basis.
