Private lesson for sailing
J.L. - Sep 26, 2016
I had previous experience with sailing but unfortunately all of the boats that I had sailed before had a motor boat! I wanted to get a private lesson to learn about docking without a motor and that's exactly what I got. I had a great time, learned exactly what I needed and managed to had a great afternoon in Lake Union. Very recommended!!
Review of 3D wooden boat workshop on 9/23
C.P. - Sep 25, 2016
My fifth graders loved the workshop and testing out their boats on the pond! The instructor did a great job of laying the groundwork for boat and sail construction and which might be more effective. He asked good questions and helped the students analyze the results at the end of the workshop! The students thought the field trip was awesome and spectacular and gives them insight as we study the early explorers!

My preschoolers had a great time and loved learning about boats. They especially enjoyed making their own boats. It was good thing that we had a lot of adults to help with the young kids. I do recommend lots of adults for this field trip for younger kids.
Great sailing checkout
Patrick - Sep 19, 2016
I arrived for my sailing checkout to find that the rentals were closed because of the high wind. Fortunately, the checkout was still able to go ahead. I went with a friendly young fellow named Nate who put me through my paces, including suddenly tossing a cushion over for a MOB recovery (if you're not a fairly experienced sailor, I'd recommend a lesson or two before doing the checkout). The Blanchard Jr. Knockabout was a joy to sail - I'm looking forward to returning and renting one!
Livery checkout and initial sailing exposure
Peter Thomas - Sep 15, 2016
I called from Wenatchee washington to get my partner a sailing lesson on a the water before we went out together for a sail. I took Time for my check out(which was short and sweet) the next day my partner took her two hour lesson making it easy for both of us to get on the water
