I just received her innovative Waterfall cut using the NY Dry Cutting method and I absolutely LOVE IT. I got a great deal on gel nails on Living Social, I wasn't familiar with BeautyLounge at all but I am definitely coming back even without the Living Social deal. Jenna did my nails, love, love them! So far all I've I had done is the gel nails, highly recommend!

Yves (Eve) does my shellac nails and she is very detailed and they always turn out wonderful. I cracked my nail and they brought me back in and fixed it for me. Great Customer Service and very friendly atmosphere. You need to come and get your nails and hair done, you won't be disappointed!!

I liked the shop, they were friendly, and my aesthetician was very nice to chat with. The application takes 1.5 hrs so it is good she was so friendly! As for the lash dip, I had to try this new thing and so far am pleased. It's only been a few days and the lashes are a little "hard" but that's to be expected. I can deal with that to wake up with long dark eyelashes instead of my usually blond pale ones!

I drive over forty-five minutes just to get there because Serena is so helpful and friendly, and I've received amazing service with my cuts, nails, and treatments. Serena truly puts everything she has into that shop, and you can feel her heart there! I highly recommend the shop to anyone!

I am very happy with my hair since I began going to The Beauty Lounge! Serena is wonderful with color, and believe me, I am VERY picky about my blonde. In addition, many stylists "over cut" long hair. You ask for an inch off and they take 3...Serena does not do this. She likes long hair and knows how to make you look your very best!!

I booked my appointment via online portal. a fantastic feature compared to other salons I got an ombré color and NY dry cut. Serena was impressively educated with reasons why she chose to offer the products she did, cut hair the way she did It made me question why I ever wasted time in any other stylists chair. Megan applied the lash dip service as well as makeup application. Serena and Megan made sure that I LOOKED AND FELT LIKE CATHERINE ZETA JONES!

I have been trying to find a stylist that I really liked and trusted. I have had no luck UNTIL I came across a Groupon for Beauty Lounge. I prefer my hair to be cut dry, so I was very excited to find out about Serena and learn about her dry cut technique. I was so pleased with my experience and would recommend her to anyone. About a year ago, I decided to let my hair grow. My current hair dresser was great when my hair was short, but as it grew, she was unable to give me a cut that took advantage of my natural curl. My sister, convinced me to drive from Gboro for an appt w Serena. I'm so glad she did. I love my hair, & get lots of compliments, especially from men. Never thought that in my 50's my hair would work with any length on it but Serena did it for me. And yes, she is great w my color too. TY Serena!

Clay was just amazing. I went in for the dry cut which he did beautifully. But he "gets" hair, so he could do it wet too. Finally, I found someone who understood what I was looking for. And knew exactly how to get it there. I am so thrilled with my hair. I'll be going back to see Clay. :-)

Clay is an EXPERT and artist with hair - he understood exactly what I wanted and delivered awesome results. He is amazing at doing a bob haircut! My stylist of 7 years quit working - I tried other high-profile salons - no one could deliver a precision haircut until Clay! He is so nice and knowledgeable - I will never see another stylist again and am so happy to have found him! Do not hesitate to visit this salon - the folks are kind, inviting and professional.

The Beauty Lounge really lives up to it's name. I felt completely at home the minute I walked in the door. I loved the eclectic decor and funky vibe. Even in the midst of a family crisis, Serena the owner was extremely gracious and considerate. The dry cut I had with Clay is fantastic and might just be the best cut I've ever had.

Serena is a true artist with hair, but especially curly locks. I trust her judgement and recommendations. She has never steered me wrong. The coloring product is gentle on my hair and really lasts. She knows how to cut my curly hair so that - get this - NO styling is needed post showering. Absolutely no one has been able to give me a cut where this is true. Her deal on keratin right now can't be beat. It conditions my hair and leaves my curls. That's what I'm talking about!!

Just got my second keratin treatment here. The products are organic. (NO formaldehyde!) Microscopically the difference before & after is amazing. After treatment, every hair is smooth, with no splitting or fraying. Serena KNOWS hair design. I can tell her how I want my hair to look & she KNOWS just what to do. So happy I found a Beauty Lounge Groupon a few months ago...now I have a fabulous stylist AND new friend!

Serena really cares about her clients, and their hair. She knows absolutely everything there is to know about hair, and after just one hair cut I trust her completely! I also had a brazilian blowout done, and I am very happy with it! She also has a great personality; she is very personable and welcoming. She takes time to look at your hair and tells you what would suit you best. Serena is definitely the best hair dresser I've ever been to, and I will definitely come back to her!

I've had two keratin treatments done here over the past year and I love it! Serena and the other stylists did a great job each time and made me feel really comfortable during the process. The outcome of the treatment is fabulous, and it doesn't have the harsh chemicals that the other treatments have. It also smells amazing!

Wonderful experience-- very entertaining and very pleased with my Shellac manicure! Great staff-- Ian and Serena are super sweet! Was not in the greatest mood when I arrived and definitely left in a much better mood after interacting with both of them! Will definitely return and recommend to others!
