My husband and I just got our shadowbox and bloombeads back yesterday and we are very pleased! We got married in October of 2015 so it took 14 months for us to get our product back but it was most defintetly worth the wait. Also, well worth the money! Being able to keep our wedding flowers forever is something that is so special. Our bloombeads are adorable and are going to make great gifts. I never had a single issue throughout the entire process, no complaints here!

I absolutely loved the final product. There was some trouble at the end communicated when to pick up, but the end result was worth it. Almost every person I talked to was extremely helpful and understanding from the beginning. I am so glad that I did it! It looked even better than I could imagine!

I heard about Freezeframe from my sister-in-law who is in Ohio. She graciously carried my wedding bouquet to the Dublin satellite location, and I was able to do everything else through calls and e-mails. It was great to have such quality, artisan preservation while never having to physically visit the location. Super helpful for busy lives.

Very friendly and product is fantastic! Just whatever you do don't freeze your flowers that's a major thing they can't fix. :-)

Our experience from The start was not good. My mom dropped off my flowers and signed all of the forms but they couldn't find them so when I went in to make my decisions, I had to sign them again. Then I get an email saying that in order to complete my order, I have to sign those forms. After speaking with somebody who was relatively rude, I signed the forms AGAIN! After that, my order was wrong, and when I picked up this weekend, the jewelry is not the quality I expected.
