Jaye was able to schedule me the same day I called for an appointment- my neck and upper back muscles were so tight that I was in actual pain. When I arrived, I explained to Jaye exactly what my issues were. She is a great listener! Jaye targeted specific areas and worked out many of the knots in my neck, shoulders and back that were causing me pain. I felt much better after seeing Jaye and will definitely return!

I've been going to see Jaye for a year now and have enjoyed each of our sessions. She is kind and caring and will take time to treat a particular area that may be giving me problems. Lately it's been my lower back where she has taken extra time to work out the kinks. Sometimes my hands & arms need a little TLC and she takes time to care for those. She is also very good about rescheduling, if I have to cancel for whatever reason she always very good about accommodating me.

Jaye gave me the most unbelievable massage, concentrating on my trouble spots and worked everything bad out. She was really good at finding the problem areas and then working on them firmly yet gently. I never had that nervous feeling that I sometimes get during other massages that hurt but must be helping, right? Any pain I felt was the gentle pain of a knot being released. I have been raving about her ever since and will definitely be back as often as time and budget allow!

My neck and shoulders were very tight due to my 12+ hour a day in front of a computer and i had pain over my right neck. Jane listened to me well and gave me a great massage that left me feeling like i have lost tons of weight off my shoulders. It was my first triggerpoint -myofacial therapy and i am seeing the benefits. She also gave me tips with daily exercise. She is very professional and well educated in her domain. I will go again and will definitely recommend her.

I have never had a massage that both heals and relaxes. I came in with pain on my right hip and right shoulder blade, and she was able to get all the knots out of the muscles. I loved that she gave me tips on what stretches I could do in order to avoid more pain. I would highly recommend her.

Although I've been to Jaye just twice so far, both massages have been memorably outstanding. You can truly sense her intuition and focus in seeking the rough spots on your back, and then gently working at them until they fade away. I had a deep tissue massage from Jaye and I felt her overall technique was excellent! She worked on my injured shoulder and I hardly felt any pain. Jaye really knows how to work on and around painful areas without causing discomfort. She also really helped work the knots out of my forearms. I didn't mention this during my massage but they felt like they were constantly tight. 2 days after the massage, my forearms feel like they're about as loose as they've felt in ages. Thanks Jaye!

Flexible hours and hassle-free scheduling. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I bicycled to the sessions and left my bike in the facility's garage. The session room is clean and quiet. The music is appropriate. Massage sessions are remarkable. Jaye has super intuition in her therapy. Professional and outstanding!

For about a month, I had been suffering from lower back discomfort, most likely due to a combination of work, stress, and running. I booked an 1 1/2 hour appointment and asked for Jaye to focus on the lower back. Several days later, I felt my lower back mobility return. I plan on going to see Jaye again in the future and highly recommend her.

I went to Body Trippin Massage that was near my house in a really quiet peaceful street. Jay was extremely professional and nice and did an exceptionally good job during the massage to help my legs that are always soar from running. Jaye was terrific! I loved that it was only a 3 minute walk from my place, AND received top notch service. I couldn't have asked for a better massage. Her room was very relaxing and peaceful - soooo quiet! She was also super quick to confirm my appointment that I requested online. I had my first thai massage in Thailand exactly a year ago. After getting a few standard massages I started to think about that thai massage and I began to fiend for another one. Jaye was a perfect fix, I would recommend her to anyone (everyone). She was just as good as the masseuse in the country that it was invented, but it won't cost you a couple grand to get there.

Jaye took my marathon ravaged body and worked out all of my knots and kinks. I went from hobbling around like a senior citizen to walking and going up and down stairs like a regular person! My very first experience with Jaye was wonderful. Her deep tissue massage techniques were incredibly effective. I've been having issues with my neck, lower back, and shoulder blades for many months but after a few days of being sore, I felt like a brand new person. There is a special fall promotion going on and she'll knock $25 off the regular $80 price for a 1 Hour Massage as well. I highly recommend her to all of my family and friends.
