Molli Gould - Apr 21, 2013
After working with Maggie, I have become more attuned to how different foods affect my body and have learned to interpret some of my body's messages. She was so warm and friendly and provided great structure and support to help me reach my goals for a healthy lifestyle. I started the program addicted to sugar and had roller coaster energy levels. Now I'm aware of how to nourish myself with whole foods. Additionally, I've learned to nourish my spirit.
Newly Diagnosed Type 1 Diabetic with Food Aversion
Cynthia Smith - Mar 16, 2013
I am a middle aged newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic struggling with the fact that what I eat dramatically impacts my life in terms of both how I feel in the short term and my long term health. Maggie has helped me achieve greater peace and clarity of food's role in my life. She's compassionately coaching me to mindfully engage in meal preparation to create meals for myself and my family that are a source of clean nutrition and satisfaction.
Maggie has a magic touch.
Teresa - Mar 12, 2013
I check in with Maggie whenever I feel myself slipping back toward old habits that did not serve me well earlier in my life. The time spent with Maggie in a “tune-up” appointment is packed with insights, inspiration, and a nurturing kind of support that helps me get my life right back on track. People often rave about how great they think I look, and they ask how I lost all that weight. I just smile and say: maggiechristopher.com.
Candace - Feb 9, 2013
I was diagnosed with a frightening array of food allergies -- everything from gluten to dairy to most protein, including fish and eggs. Maggie gave me hope that this is manageable and provided useful advice for someone who really doesn't enjoy cooking and travels a lot for work, including abroad. Needless to say, I was not an easy prospective client, but she gave me helpful tips and hopeful insights that made me realize there might be hope for me after all! :-)
Maggie is awesome!
Laurie Radovsky - Dec 2, 2012
Maggie made me aware of how I promote or undermine my wellness, and how I can shift the balance toward mindful choice of optimum health.
