60 min massage therapy session ($65.00)
Each Session is tailored to the clients needs, based in intake interview or previous sessions 60 minute sessions allow for injury or problem specific portion as well as general full body loosening
90 min massage therapy session ($90.00)
Each Session is tailored to the clients needs, based in intake interview or previous sessions 90 minute sessions allow plenty of time for injury or problem specific portion as ample time for general full body loosening

As a professional athlete, my needs and issues change as my training changes to meet my goals With each session, Natalie takes the time to understand where I am at with training, any tightness or mobility issues I may be having and she works to find the cause and not just treat the symptoms. All those points then dictate the therapy session. It is unique and tailored to just me, at that moment in time. You can't beat Natalie's level individualized care, attention to detail and vast knowledge.
Postural Alignment therapy

Since I started doing postural alignment exercises, many of my day-to-day issues have disappeared including my shoulder bursitis and heel spur pain. This program is "da bom"

I moved to Rochester recently & was referred to Sharon by my massage therapist in Syracuse. She's wonderful & I always feel better when I leave. And the ice cold bottle of water tastes so good! Highly recommend!

Treating the cause, not the symptoms

I saw Natalie, as I routinely do for a sports massage. This time we focused on a nagging quad tightness that has been occurring during specific exercise movements only. Natalie took the time to listen to what was going on, used charts for visuals, and with her extensive knowledge was able to discover and identify the source of issue, which ironically was not near the pain area. Natalie then prescribed a course of action to alleviate and correct the issue.
