never disappointed
I have been going to Ashley for a few years for massages and she always does a wonderful job! I always leave feeling very relaxed ready to take on the rest of my day! The entire atmosphere of Harmony Day Spa is relaxing and it is always very clean and comfortable! Love their style! The owner is awesome and I know her business will continue to prosper!

Top of the line customer service
Reasonably priced services. Top notch setting and customer serbice. I love going to Harmony because of Lori. She is versatile and super with her clients. Would not go anywhere else as long as I am in the area.

Professional service
This is a great place to go for waxing - they have tidy and relaxing private rooms, and the process was relatively painless. Odalis does a great job and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The spa uses hard wax, not cloth strips, which I prefer.

So professional
They were so friendly. I got my eyebrows and lip waxed. I needed my nails done, but no one had time to do them. Not only did they refer me to another spa, but they called and made the appointment for me. My eyebrows look great as well. I will definitely use them next time I'm in town.

Love This Place!
Highly reccomend harmony day spa. The prices are so affordable, the staff is very warm and welcoming, the spa feels so "homey" and relaxing, and the service is great!

Excellent!
I always have much a relaxing time when I visit Harmony Day Spa! I have been there quite a few times for a few different services and it has been great every time! The service is excellent and everyone is so friendly!

Loved it!!
Couldn't have been more relaxed and people are sooo friendly. I will def be returning!!! I would recommend anyone to make an appointment and try it out, I'm sure you will not be disappointed!!

First Timer
It was a pleasant quiet experience and i didn't want to leave. I would do it again. Anyone who has never been pampered like this should try it. My daughter and i had the best time!

Harmony spa has a Very professional staff. The atmosphere is Beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend harmony spa. Odallis is wonderful, she gave me a fantastic cut... My hair looks great even after I wash and style,

One of the Family
From the moment you walk into the door the staff makes you feel like you're one of the family. It is conditioned by the building itself being a house turned into a business. The small space makes sure that there is not much going on when you are treated like royalty which adds to the experience of being with friends. Truly a wonderful place.

Awesome
Miss Odalis is the best! she always makes me feel comfortable and like Im at home. Its not always relaxing going to get a haircut, you kinda feel out of place. but this is awesome, no stress. No one takes notice of your gender, everyone is pampered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go see Odalis for your next hair cut! You won't be disappointed.

Amazing hair
I have been going to Odalis for 6 months and I always get compliments on my hair. It doesn't matter if it is a fresh haircut or 6 weeks, it still looks great. Plus the prices can't be beat since cut is included with the color. So much better than the mall.

Health Benefits
I have chronic health problems, and the health related treatments have been very beneficial to me. The colonics and back facials have been especially helpful for me. The foot bath and sauna have also been helpful. The spa has a very relaxing atmosphere, which is an escape from stress. Also, the staff takes a personal interest in you. They pamper you and make you feel special. I have found the spa to be physically and emotionally healing.

Massage
Heather was extremely courteous and professional before and after the massage. She maintained a perfect pressure throughout, in fact I was so relaxed that I fell asleep for a good portion of the session.

Massage cannot be missed.
I just had a citrus massage by the "new girl" Heather. She was professional, knowledgeable and very understanding. I love massages and this was ANOTHER good one I've had here. Great place, great staff and just what I need to unwind.

First experience
I had a hot stone facial at Harmony Day Spa. It was SOOO relaxing! I have had facials before at other spas that were good, so I was really hoping that this one would be just as good, and it definitely was! I am for sure going back there next time, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Collagen Infused Facial
It was wonderful!!! The whole experience totally relaxing. My skin looked so alive and refreshed. I kept saying to my husband afterwards, feel my face its so soft!

Heather was very efficient and attended to several special issues that I had: tennis elbow, sciatica, plantar faciatis. She showed me some exercises or stretches to do at home.

Whether it's a quick trim or a full day of services the staff at Harmony go out of their way to make you feel special! They are professional and attentive to your needs. They even remembered my beverage choice! The calming atmosphere and relaxing music are the icing on the cake. So treat yourself to some Harmony! You deserve it!

Laurie the owner was so sweet & so were her employees. It was a very relaxing environment. I will definitely be continuing to use Harmony Day Spa & encourage others to give it a chance and you will turn into a regular customer.

Healthy
My husband had really bad circulation in his legs and feet after two back surgeries. He also had a fungus problem and so I decided that he needed expert help. I talked with Laurie the owner of Harmony and she felt she could help him with not only his feet but his hands. She has he is doing awesome and loves the attention she gives him. I can't say enough about what they have done for him and he can't wait to go back for his appointments. Thank you Laurie

I received an excellent haircut, full of movement and easy to take care of. I enjoyed a facial within a calm, relaxed atmosphere with a very professional person. I will certainly return.

A True Gem in Watertown
I have had the most wonderful experiences since I found Harmony Day Spa. As someone who moves from one city to another quite often, I cringe at the idea of finding a new salon. When I found Harmony Day Spa, I was amazed not only with my wonderful hair cut and color by Odalis, but with all of the services that I have had over the past year. I especially love that I can go to one place and get whatever I need. I always leave feeling relaxed, appreciated, and never rushed. Wonderful!!!

Harmony Day Spa highly recommended
Harmony offers great services in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend it. They book up quickly so call in advance. Gift certificates make a great gift and they have nice gift baskets available as well.

I have been going to Harmony Day Spa since it opened and never have I felt anything other than welcomed from the time I set foot in the door. When I leave I feel refreshed and very pleased with the service I have recieved. Their prices are very good and the staff exceptional!!

My visit to Harmony Day Spa was a very welcoming & excellent service! They give you a sence of "membership" , I was given a tour of the Spa right after my painless wax and explained all the services available. My wax itself was the best I ever had at any spa!!! I'm so happy I found Harmony Day Spa.. The staff is super friendly, skilled & on their "A" game! Not to mention... Their prices are soo fair!!! I love Harmony Day Spa ;)

Invigorating Experience
as a young man, my son can be impatient and wants a haircut to last all of 2 seconds. since coming to harmony Day Spa he loves getting his haircut and it is always an enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and easy going. they always go the extra mile to make your experience the best it can be! We love Harmony Day Spa and their staff!

I have been coming to Harmony Day Spa for a number of years now...I have always enjoyed a personal service whenever I am there. The staff is always friendly and personable as well as skilled at what they do. I get my hair cut and colored there as well as manicures and pedicures. I LOVE Harmony Day Spa!

I visit the Harmony Day Spa once a month and the experience is fantastic. I am treated like a queen !My appointments are always on time. No waiting. They are very knowledgeable of their jobs. Knowledgeable, dedicated staff born to do what they do
Besides the HDS staff being welcoming, professional, and outrageously skilled, I have to say I've learned a lot as I go back and back for the experience of this place. I've picked up important ideas about health, how to be soothed, and especially my skin and how to get results I want and make changes I want to see in it. I want to repeat what others have said about customer service. This is a stress-free environment that will not fail to relax you - and that includes right up to checkout.

I go to Harmony Day spa 3 times a month. I have been going there for over a year now and they are the BEST EVER ! I always look forward to my appts and seeing the staff. They have amazing customer service. I highly recommend !!!!!

Impressed
I recieved a giftcard to Harmony Day Spa and had the keratin hair treatment done. I am very pleased with the results. The staff and stylist were very friendly and helpful. After my treatment I was given a tour of the spa and a description of other services that they offer. I will definitely be going back to this spa. I had no idea this gem was hiding out on outer Arsenal St.

I love Harmony Day Spa! Not only are they great at what they do--hair, massage, facial etc--but moreover they have AMAZING customer service, which in my mind goes a long, long way. I highly recommend!!!!

Great experience!
As a regular customer I feel very relaxed at Harmony. The staff are great. They always have a smile and make me feel as if I'm their only customer. The ashiatsu massage is the best I've ever had! Odalis and Ashley are the best!

What a way to get away!
I had my hair cut by Odalis. Not only did she spend a lot of time showing me how to do my hair, but she gave me a great cut! The added bonus of being in a room with one other client made the experience completely relaxing. The Spa is beautiful and quiet. Top notch service with great prices!

Excellent Massage
Ashley Mason is very perfesional and an excellent masseuse. The facility is clean, has a relaxing feel to it and it smelled like fall. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a masseuse.

Relax
.What an amazing opportunity to have to relax. Three hours later...stress is gone.
The staff was busy but they made me feel like I was the only one there and that mattered. As soon as I walk into the door to when it was time to go I felt relaxed.
