Mike exhibits a ton of expertise in both kinesiology and nutrition. He is also personable and a great motivator. 1-hour sessions are scheduled tightly for all 60 minutes. None of my money pays for needless conversation and/or machine transitions as Mike prepares a custom workout on his tablet prior to my arrival. I highly recommend Mike Ball Fitness!
