I've only been training with Mike for about once or twice week for about 4 months now and changes to health, fitness, and growth of muscles has been outstanding! I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to become stronger and more fit. He is very organized and always asking what goals you want to reach and is very good at helping you achieve those goals. No workout is the same which is great too.
