Mike is a great trainer who is always prepared with tailored workouts to your individual needs. He focuses on your individual goals and then really pushes you and works with you to help you reach them. I would highly recommend him to any athlete looking to improve their strength and skills or any person looking to become more fit! He's a great balance between kind and tough and really takes the time to get to know his clients!
