    Always worth it!

    I have been going to Lynda for several months now. Before I started going to her I had intense sharp pain between my shoulder and my neck that would not go away (for several years!) Lynda has relieved all my pain! I always feel like new after a visit with her.

    Amber is Mean !!! :)

    I wrestled with a heavy bench lift and lost. Amber ripped into my body like a monkey on a cupcake. Her hands are like a vise, and she has a masterful knowledge of human anatomy. I was amazed at how nice and pleasant she was as she walked around the table , while I did Lamaze breathing so I wouldn’t cry. It was the most productive massage that I have ever had. AMAZING!! She got rid of knots that I had been carrying for years. Thanks Amber!!

    Five Stars For Sure!

    I received a 1 hour massage as a Thank You gift and redeemed the certificate at the Eagle location. The massage area is clean, private, comfortable, and the music is upbeat. I don't have any tensions or health concerns, so always get a relaxing massage. Tim understood my enviable situation and treated me to the most relaxing massage I've ever had. I can honestly recommend Tim and the Eagle location without hesitation.

    A+ experience. Right pressure and amount of time. Lynda was just the best. She worked the right spots and listened to me when I provided specific instructions. She made me so relaxed I fell asleep during the massage. I will be going back to Myofly this next week and following week and so forth.     Very reasonably priced! Amber was amazing! I have been to other massage therapists who charge way to much and don't recommend anything afterwards.     I bought 3 massages out of dealsaver.com because it was a killer deal. Thought I'd check out 3 different therapist's and probably not come back. My first therapist, Lynda was so awesome, I never tried out anyone else! If I ever get a massage again, you bet it will be here.

    Trey is a skilled professional in therapeutic massage. His techniques provided deep tissue results. After several days of dancing at an intensive workshop, my back and extremities were tight and sore. Trey's specific deep tissue therapy gave me immediate relief. I will be a regular customer.

    Heavenly!!

    My husband & I love to go here. It's so convenient because we are from out of town & it's difficult to plan very far ahead when we can get to Boise. Like the online service.     Fantastic

    The other morning I woke up and literally could not turn my head to the left. That side of my neck and into my shoulder was one complete giant knot, and extremely painful. I had heard about MyoFly on the radio and decided to look it up online. I saw that I could make an appointment immediately that day (so convenient!) and was in their office within the hour. Leslie was awesome, improved my mobility tremendously.

    Myofly is awesome!

    I have been a regular customer of myofly for a few months now, visiting Amber regularly. She is an expert on what type of massage you need when you need it, and I always feel immediate and lasting relief--and I am hard on my body. I llove the convenience of online booking with my busy schedule. I can always get in in time to get relief if I need it. I highly recommend myofly for anyone needing massage therapy!

    What a great massage!

    Rikki rocks! I was impressed the attn to detail, comfort & a great deep massage. I think my only complaint is the ambience of the room. The music not enough to drown out the basketball courts. Maybe more sound deafening stuff on the walls..? Other than that, the massage was a keeper.

    Great Massage

    I recently had a deep tissue massage by Amber, Myofly's owner, and it was fantastic. She went over my injury history and asked about any physical problems I was having and the subsequent massage kicked my ass (but in a good, necessary way). Great people, great hands-on therapy, and an amazingly reasonable price.

    Trey is BOMB!

    Jesse and I popped in after hot yoga one morning and he worked both of us over. Jesse says he hasn't felt that good and strong in his shoulders for a while. I hadn't had my ass injury rubbed in a while and it felt great! Trey did a good job, pleasant, professional, and personable.

    Just what I needed to relieve stress

    L hit all of my stress points with perfect amount of pressure. She found exactly where the knots were located and smoothed them out without a great deal of pain. She was gentle and still managed to work them all out. Considering the amount of stress I was in before-hand, it is amazing how much she was able to do in 40 minutes. Thanks for the excellent work.

    Fantastic massage!

    Amazing massage from Marie. She had me very relaxed by the time I was done and ready for a cup of tea to relax by a fire before bed. She really worked the kinks out of my tight neck/back muscles.

    Wonderful Experience!

    What a total delight to find a great downtown business to get a deep tissue massage. I was in desperate need of getting the knots out of my shoulders, back, hamstrings...I was a mess. Marie was wonderful!!! She was professional and did an amazing on my facial tension too. Loved the experience and can't wait to come back!

    Good Therapy

    My massage with Lesley was excellent. She did a particularly good job of working through a hamstring injury, which required a very delicate balancing act not to damage while loosening up the tissue. The overall emphasis on athletes was also very much appreciated. The only detractors from my overall experience were: - The smell of Subway wafting in, and - Overall noise during the massage.

    Great Experience Every Time you go

    I get tension headaches, migraines, and muscle spasms in my back. I started going to Myofly a few months ago. I have seen several different therapists. Each one has been extremely receptive to my requests and comments (I think this is rare) and I have always gone home feeling more relaxed and less pain (if any). I saw Maria this week. I went in with a horrible headache and went home feeling great.

    OMG

    This morning my usual stiff rock of a neck was like soft rubber. My adhesion-filled shoulders woke up to a painless stretch deep and wide. Sometimes Amber works me over to tears, but every minute is a divine payment. Thanks again. Now I'm addicted to the 90 minute beating. 60 min just isn't enough!

    Absolutely amazing!

    I have had leg and back pain since complications of surgery 2 years ago. Had the deep tissue massage with spider tape yesterday and have not had any back or knee pain since. I even played golf yesterday, which has been pretty much guarenteed to make my low back throb, and no pain at all yesterday or today. I think I am hooked!!

    One of the best massages I have ever had, and a great price. The location was fine - very comfortable bed and linens, but not a fancy spa, the room was somewhat noisy. Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely be back.

    Fantastic therapists at a great price

    I have been visiting Myofly for a few months now and have come away happy from every visit. Myofly is not a 'spa' experience but a real therapy session. If you are having issues with tension, pain, you name it, this is the place for you. I have used the 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions and seen Amber, Marie and Lesley. I enjoyed each person for their uniqueness and great work.

    Strong Hands

    Had a massage by Marie earlier in the week to alleviate my stiff neck and back aches. This was my first time with Marie (I usually go to Amber) and boy am I pleasantly surprised at the attention she paid to my knots and I walked out of there with a lot less tension and more range of motion. Go to Marie - she's got strong hands that'll work that knot right out of you.

    OH MY

    I had back and neck pain that kept me from sleeping and when I heard the ad on the radio and that morning was able to book an apt online fast made me start to feel at ease! And then to recieve one of the best massages in a LONG time was AMAZING! And not to mention the price... fab just fab! The whole experience was as if I was in a 5 star spa with a price I couldnt pass up! Truely my new SPA!!

    Fixed my back pain!

    I went to Lesley for a 60 minute massage. I had back pain for 2 wks. Afterward, I was a little sore and more sore the following day (as Lesley noted), but it fixed my pain and I'm so happy about it! Will be back!

    saved my neck

    Both Lesley and Amber have litterally saved me on different occasions. I could barely move when I walked in last week. 30 minutes later I could actually look sideways and get up off the table by myself. A miracle.

    Almost pain free

    I saw Lynda this week for a very painful muscle in my back. She told me I might be sore and I was but it was well worth it. My pain is going away. I may need another treatment but I believe she helped me a lot.

    Great for chronic stiffness!

    I have been to Myofly 3 times now and I am very impressed! Amber does a fantastic job whether it is for sports rehab, injury rehab or relaxation.     Great 1st Experience.

    I bought my wife and I a 90 minute. I had Madison and she did a great job! I liked the fact that she did not find it too necessary to converse unless I spoke first. This gave me time to really relax and enjoy her magic. Just booked another appointment. I will say I did leave craving Subway, but a stronger Scentsy could take that away. Not a big deal at all, just wanted to mention it to help this business. Great job Ladies!

    I have been in pain for over a year. I walked past Myofly went back to my office and booked a session the very same day with Amber. It was like magic! After the session I was not feeling pain.     My back was feeling achy and I tweaked it Saturday morning playing with my kids. I was able to book online for the same day and was at the park with my kids that afternoon pain free.     Great massage!

    I scheduled this massage during my last week of maternity leave. After an early delivery, a baby who stayed in the NICU for 3 weeks and came home on meds and monitors, I was carrying a lot of stess in my back.     No pain no gain

    It is true what they say! Amber did what she called "stripping" my IT bands in my legs....ouch! It was not the most relaxing massage I have had, but definitely the most productive. I have scheduled more!

    massage that works

    As a gym rat, I've had my share of minor injuries. I've had a lot of good massages (and a few bad ones), but this is the first time I've gotten off the table and my pain was completely gone. My back, which had been tight and achy for months, is feeling great. I'm going for a run today - maybe it'll irritate my back, maybe not, but I'll be seeing Amber regularly regardless.

    Pain in my Butt

    I have had this pain in my butt from roller derby and Amber over the last couple of weeks she has worked wonders helping me along the path of recovery.     comforted pains/spasms caused scoliosis

    living with scoliosis is uncomfortable and painful. the spasms i'd been having for years have almost vanished and the consistant pain from pressure on the curved part of my spine has been lifted and it feels a lot better when i move my body.     Great Massage!

    Awesome for runner issues

    I trained and ran 4 half marathons in 2012 causing very tight leg muscles in one leg for months. IT band, hamstring all locked up together. Amber spent almost a whole session targeting the problem area and was able to describe to me which muscles had the problem and why, as well as what she was doing to help. Not much to look at from the outside, but when you walk through the door, it's calm and quiet. She has a great attitude and fun personality and you can't beat the price.

    Surprisingly Pleased

    I've had numerous massages over the years, some good but most of them not so good. You never know what you're going to get especially when you buy it on special. I was pleasantly surprised and felt relief right away. My therapist was open and willing to modify to my specific needs.     I had a great massage from Desi - it was the perfect way to get rid off all the stress built up in my neck and shoulders before the weekend.     Amazing results!

    Better mobility and flexibility

    As an older athlete, and I am involved in the Senior Games, it is hard to find a massage therapist who will do deep tissue massage.     Rejuvenated!

    For more than six months I had constant pain in my lower back. I couldn't pin point the cause nor did I have a pathway to a solution. As I walked into the massage room, Amber began a series of questions to better understand and assess my ailment. She worked for a few minutes, feeling here.. feeling there.     Trap Attack is the bomb

    I stare at a computer for work everyday and have developed severe tension on my upper back and neck. Amber was able to relieve most of my tension and knots in my first visit and I surprisingly found myself able to breathe deeper than I can remember. I am definitely going back for more.     Trap Attack!

    Being a Dental Hygienist, I find myself sitting for long periods of time with awkward neck and head positions. I signed up for the Trap Attack massage in the hopes that my numerous kinks and knots could be undone. Amber not only methodically rid me of all my tension, but did it in a non rushed, calm, and gental manner. I have had dozens of massages within the past ten years, and after this particular massage I will definately be a regular!

    Great for computer injuries

    I sit at a computer all day, every day. Over the years I have developed migraines as a result of poor posture and too little activity.
