I was in a car accident in 2010, with neck and shoulder injuries. I tried physical therapy and exercise and nothing seemed to work. I went to Beth and she has worked wonders. Even though my injuries are permanent, The treatments she gives me are long lasting and I feel so much better. She is also a very pleasant person. I will continue to go to her as long as she is in practice. Hopefully she will stay in Milford, but if she moves I will move right along with her

Beth provides the best massage therapy I have ever received! I have been using massage therapy for a number of years to relieve pain and increase flexibility after years of unsuccessful treatment from other providers. Treatments often weren't successful or didn't last. Beth has always found the exact source and the treatment is always long lasting. I have found the only therapist I will ever need! I hope her practice continued success and that she is in Milford for a long time.

Beth has an exceptional combination of expertise, listening skills and and the ability to effectively provide relief and relaxation. I have been to several massage therapists and Beth is the best one I have found. Some of the others provided so-so masages, not with Beth. She periodically attends additonal training classes to add to skill set.

Whether you come for relaxation, or to relieve pain and stiffness, Beth takes the time to understand your needs. I have seen many massage therapists over the years and never have I found one as good as Beth.

I just had my first session and couldn't be happier. Beth has a calm and gentle way, and she really helped me to relieve pain and tension in my in my neck and shoulders in just one visit. I am pregnant and she was able to accommodate my new shape easily. I would highly recommend her!

Beth gives the best massages. I was having pain in my left shoulder which she focused on but also gave me a total massage as well. It was so relaxing i think i actually fell asleep during the last 10 minutes. She is really good at what she does.

She consults with me before each massage to learn about problem areas and is able to target those spots with her excellent touch and knowledge about the body. My "pre-race massage" is always the highlight of my marathon training. I schedule a session with Beth before each marathon and it is amazing how much better I feel. She works out any tight spots I have built up over the last 4 months gently, and I leave feeling relaxed.

Beth is excellent at listening to her clients and can zero in on what areas to work on for relieving pain. I had lower back pain. Beth was able to lessen to pain. It was reduced after a few sessions. It feels great to have a massage after doing yard work, exercising or sitting in front of computer for long periods on time.

This was my first massage and the experience was very relaxing and comfortable. Beforehand Beth and I discussed some problem areas that needed attention. She then offered some suggestions and proceeded to work out some very persistent issues in my shoulders. Afterwards we discussed follow on treatment options but with no “hard sell”. The space is very comfortable and serene. I’m sure I will be a repeat customer.
