    The strategy session was one of the most useful no-obligation consulting sessions I've had on real estate. I really thought commercial real estate investing was out of my immediate reach, but I did this session and uncovered multiple opportunities and concepts and developed an idea of where to begin taking action on purchasing my first multiple unit property.     My free consultation was exactly that "free". No sales pitch. Not rushed and what answers he did not know about the calculations he asked others to get me my answers. Did not tried to blow me off w/ wrong or made up answers. Also, was willing to email me more information for free. Also, said I could call him later for free w/questions.
