I had a relapse of a recurring condition in my shoulder and arm causing numbness and tingling down to the finger tips of my left hand. Ellen was quick... to assess the problem areas and to recommend the appropriate treatment. By utilizing several methods of treatment and a significant focus on the key problem areas, my shoulder and arm are much better. Ellen also recommended and demonstrated several stretching exercises to keep the areas open to movement. Show more

E...llen Gabe me the best massage and body work I have ever had. I left feeling much less tight and my should was free of pain. Her low-key, empathy is perhaps a contrast to her direct focus on what's hurting. She knows how to push without going too far.
