My recent visit for "liquid facelift" was perfection on every level. The staff is knowledgeable friendly and professional. Dr. Klendenin is a true artist. In a half hour he was able to turn the clock back ten years by using facial fillers to restore volume to lips smile lines and forehead lines. I highly recommend Kyma for antiaging treatments! Dr Klendenin and his staff exceeded my expectations!

You are immediately transported to a peaceful oasis upon entering, and the space inside is surprisingly spacious! And the staff were all genuinely pleasant. I require the deepest of massages for it to do much good. Lindsey had the perfect balance of ultra-deep tissue work, medium pressure and light relaxation techniques. And I'm picky. She was down to earth when I initiated conversation, but otherwise left me to relax and enjoy, which is key. I'll definitely be back!

Kyma is, by far, the best anti aging/ cosmetic procedures facility have been to. I am a 58 years young and I was able to lose 17 pounds and 9 inches in 35 days even though my primary care physician said I should live with it because of my age. Thank you KYMA. I also got Botox and Juvederm. Incredible! the Dr's and staff are extremely professional and really care about their clients. I recommend Kyma to all my friends who want to look their best

I had a great experience at my first laser hair removal experience. Christina was great, the setting was very comfortable and it was so fast (15 minutes!). The only reason I didn't give the experience 5 stars is because I just had it done yesterday so I don't know how we'll it worked (but I'm sure it will be great).

After much research I went to KYMA for my first LHR. I was a little nervous about the prcedure, but as soon as I entered it was an exceptionally clean, comfotable, and inviting atmosphere. Everyone who works there is there to answer any and all questions, does not rush you, and wants you to feel at ease. Alyssa was fantastic and answered all of my questions, putting my nerves at ease. I would highly recommend this spa to everyone and I will never go anywhere else!

All the girls are very professional, pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Having laser treatment on my legs was the best thing I have done. I'm on my second set of 6 monthly aroma therapy massages. The facilities are first rate and my massage therapist is amazingly AWESOME. In fact, she is an artist. I've been going for massages for several years with several different therapists. Kyma is the best. I would reveal the name of the therapist but I don't want her to get overbooked :) Highly recommended.

I have had laser hair removal in many places, so I can easily say from experience, that Kyma Spa provides great, friendly service. I travel 45 mins to 1 hr., just to continue my laser treatments when there are many more places that are geographically closer. If the services work and I'm treated nicely, then I have no reason to go elsewhere.

I too am a first time customer at Kyma Med Spa and I was very happy with both the Spa and the service I received during my visit. My experience with lazer hair removal is not a comfortable one. I am very sensitive especially in the bikini area. It really hurts like someone is shooting an elastic at you at close range over and over again. My therapist took great care of me and recommended I get a prescription for a topical anesthetic for my next treatments. Will be even happier next time.

Kyma is a lovely, clean spa. I have been to Kyma twice for laser hair removal treatments and the staff is very polite and professional. I would recommend it to anyone who asked and will go there for other services when my laser treatments are complete. I do wish they had a receptionist, as usually when I call I have to leave a message and wait for a callback, but they do always call back the same day. Overall, Kyma has been a great experience.

The staff was helpful and my treatment was painless, My therapist explained everything that she was doing in full detail. This was only my first laser treatment, but I am confident that I will see great results after going for a few more sessions which is typical of laser hair removal.

I visited Kyma Med Spa for the first time on Saturday and it was amazing. Upon arrival I was impressed with the appearance (clean and tranquil) and how friendly Nicole was. She answered every question, made me feel comfortable, and was very professional. The treatment was quick and relatively painless. At the end of my session, I purchased another laser hair removal package because I had such a nice experience. Again, I cannot reiterate enough how wonderful Nicole was. Thanks again!

My first visit there for laser hair removal. The appointmant lasted 55 minutes, but seemed like 10. Nichole kept me engaged in conversation and the time flew by. We also discussed my red cheeks-caused by rosacea. When she told me the price to treat with a laser I was so surprised and happy. Had I known it was that inexpensive I would've done it years ago!!!

Do yourself a favor and try Kyma. It is a warm, welcoming and beautiful place, from the decor to the staff. I found them very helpful from the first time I called to make an appointment and was even more pleased when I arrived. The environment is serene and peaceful and everyone I met there was extremely professional, courteous and helpul. Kyma is a gorgeous spa with a clean and calming atmosphere. I receive laser hair removal there, and I am very please with the technician and the procedure overall. That said, it is very difficult to get appointments in a timely manner--especially for an initial appointment. I waited for more than two months for their first available slot. If you are received consecutive treatments, book in advance! You will be pleased with the experience.

Justine provided a comfortable and professional welcome in this very chill spa. I enjoyed the whole experience. She paid special attention to my shoulders and back. I went into Kyma to have laser hair removal. Although it was my first time having this treatment, Lesley was wonderful. She explained the process and what it was going to feel like. It was definitely not the most pleasant procedure I have had done at a spa, but she was wonderful, trying to set me at ease, giving me breaks, as well as offering me tips for the next session so it would not be as painful. I would highly reccommend Kyma Med Spa!!

I have been to many spas on the south shore, but this was my first visit to Kyma and I was amazed at the design of the spa. The entire staff was very attentive and, more importantly, informative as to the newest advances in anti-aging technology (and I'm over 50) . 1st time had legs done and it HURT. But technician did her best to minimize pain and maximize effectiveness. Only suggestion is to advise 1st time patron while filling out forms 30 min before that you have ointment to reduce pain. Then they can buy it and use it!

The trained message therapists were prompt and curteous and very profesional,.I reccomend Justine, she has a great level of pressure and can hunt out knots and blockages and release them promptly. She checks in with you to see if the level of pressure is OK. The entire experience is very relaxing too. The spa is clean and well appointed and has the latest techniques.

After reading up on the laser hair removal, i was really nervous when i got there. After meeting with my technician (i wish i could remember her name), I felt much more comfortable. This is a lovely Spa.... beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everyone is very professional and very nice to deal with. But more to the point, this is the best massage i have ever had...ever.... it was so great i simply had to join to make sure i could treat myself once a month. Lindsay is great!!!

I had a wonderful therapeutic massage at Kyma Med Spa. My masseuse was Ann and she was amazing. I was impressed by her technique. Every tense muscle gone. I left there feeling fantastic! I gave the spa a 4 out of 5 star rating. I would have given a full 5 if they had the massage oil warmers. Most places don't have the heated massage oil. Overall, best massage! =)

While the procedure is not pleasant, the Kyma Med Spa staff certainly is. There is a warm and inviting atmospherewhen you step into the lovely waiting area. The staff is friendly and accomodating. A good experience.

I am going for laser hair removel. I have done 2 sessions so far and can tell that about 50% of the hair I used to have is already gone! I am absolutely loving the results! I always waxed and was starting the get ingrowned hair so decided to go for laser hair removel. I can say for sure that it was the best investment I made on myself so far. :) staff is really great and make me feel confortable. Really recommend Kyma Med Spa to all the ladies out there who want to het rid of their body hair.

Have been here for a facial as well as zerona treatments and can not say enough good things. Have been to many spas over the years and this is by far the best. A warm relaxing environment and each person I have interacted with has been extremely professional and knoweldgeable. Unlike other spas I have been to, they are not pushy sales people and are very patient answering any and all questions. Can't wait to go back!

I was enticed from the top of the stairs to the sound of running water and musical lure. It was my first massage and Justine made me feel at ease as she was attentive to an ankle injury. The parlor was clean and the front desk clientele were friendly. I've already recommended this place! I will be back so Justine can give me a deep tissue treatment. As a customer new to botox, I was nervous and had ALOT of questions. Not only did they provide a detailed and patient response to my questions, but they also overbooked me very late to accomodate my hectic schedule. The injector, a patient, physician with absolutely excellent bedside manner in addition to a serene ambience made this a wonderful first experience
