    Excellent customer service

    I visited Sythesis Spa for a skin treatment.Everything was tidy, timely, and terrific. The esthetician advised me on what would be best for my skin, but never pushed products or gave me a "hard sell."

    Service at the spa was excellent. The spa itself was very clean and relaxing. I had facial skin discoloration treated. If the results are positive, I will intend to return for more treatment.

    Professional Service

    I went to the Synthesis Spa to treat some skin discolorations. Although I won't know the final results for a couple of months, I can tell that the service in the spa was promptly, kind, and very professional. I recommend this spa for the treatments offered and I will use again for more skin problems if the results are as expected.

    Fantastic treat

    For my son birthday i decided to stay at the radisson hotel in Nashua, New hampshire which one of my favorite Hotel. I decided to booked for a massage treat. Ladies you have to give yourself once in a while. I had a superb massage at the Synthesis Spa which is located inside the Radisson Hotel by the pool area. I would definitely recommend Synthesis Spa.

    Stress relief

    I booked a stay at the radisson hotel in Nashua, New Hampshire for a one night stay. I noticed that they had a spa section. I booked for a massage as well at the Synthesis Spa. I was excellent, the therapist was very professional. I would definitely recommend to you to give it try.

    Microdermabrasion

    I had a total of five microdemabrasions at the Synthesis Spa. Each treatment was done by either Laura or Anna. Both were extremely personable, skilled and knowledgeable in skin care. I would definitely recommend giving Synthesis Spa a try!

    I had my first treatment with Laura yesterday, and I would definitely recommend Synthesis Spa. Laura is so kind and very professional. I felt very well taken care of, and I will be going to her for future skin care concerns.

    Lamprobe treatment was great

    I had lamprobe treatment done on a quarter size sunspot on my cheek bone. Laura did my treatment and she was so professional and treated me very well even though I had a groupon. (You don't always get equal treatment). After 9 days of healing I only have a very light pink mark where the dark brown sunspot used to be. I am very happy with the results. I will be back for microdermabrasion. I can't wait!!!

    Microdermabrasion

    I have been going to Laura for microdermabrasions and have had almost 20. It's easy to get appointments, the spa is clean and Laura is super nice. Parking is great too!

    Lampprobe...FINALLY a solution!

    Getting rid of those pesky broken veins on my cheeks has been on my mind forever. Slight discomfort during the process but nothing that can't be tolerated. I did go back for a second visit (at no charge) and feel this problem will soon be completely resolved. Laura is the best-her attitude is "I KNOW I can do better to improve your condition" and she means it. A perfectionist at heart, she is my kind of gal!! You won't go wrong with this spa...absolutely one of the best in the area.

    Lamprobe treatment

    I am a satisfied customer, profesional staff, clean office. Took less than 10 minutes to remove a skin tag, a broken capillary and a brown patch. Like the no charge if need additional treatment and $25/ item removal charge. Hoping my 3 removals only need the 1 treatment. Did sting but over quickly.

    Lamprobe treatment

    I had the lamp robe treatment done with no pain, just a pinch involved. Laurie was very nice and upon noticing my very dry skin, she put on a lovely serum complimentary. I will definitely go back to treat mor capillaries. Isabel

    Synthesis Spa is Superb!

    My daughter and I have had 3 microdermabrasion treatments at Synthesis Spa. She has young, beautiful skin with mild blemishes. Everything comes to surface and her skin is clean and fresh. I have mature skin that now feels nearly as smooth as a baby's bottom! We're both 100% satisfied with our treatments and the service we received.

    Lamprobe Treatment

    Very Happy that my broken capillaries were for the most part taken care of on the first round. Even happier that since most of it was successful what wasn't will be treated again at no charge. Very pleasant experience, I found there to be minimal to no pain, and only a minor scratch like imperfection on my skin while healing. Healed in about 1 Week. Will definitely go back if I need more blood vessels taken care of. Yea they are gone!!

    My Masseuse was professional and afterwards I felt great! I had a deep tissue, which I didn't know was even offered! The price was steep compared to other places, but understandable since they are renting from The Radisson!

    Spa with a personal touch

    I've had microdermabrasions and lamprobe done by Laura & am very satisfied with the result. Hyperpigmentation on my face was pretty deep and the first lamprobe procedure didn't seem to take care of it. Laura was nice enough to redo the procedure during my follow up visit and I can definitely see an improvement on my face now. I've been to spas where customer satisfaction is a priority but at Synthesis Spa, Laura makes sure that she herself is satisfied too, with the service that she provides.

    Very nice!

    I had microdermabrasion & facial with Ana and I loved it. She is a wonderful lady with experince and also gave me some sugestions. I felt very relaxed. I will visit them again.

    I had skin tags removed from my neck area with the lamprobe. It was quick with a little bit of discomfort but worth the results. I plan on having more removed from other areas. Glad to have found this procedure is available at synthesis spa.

    Small but nice spa

    I go here for microdermabrasions that I buy pretty frequently on Groupon. Laura is great and the value is unbeatable. While the spa is small, it is clean and the staff is hospitable.

    Best Spa in Nashua!!

    This place is a hidden gem. Laura and Anna are such gentle experts. And the thing about Laura is that she told me during my first visit that I have such nice skin that I don't need all the microderm abrasions that I thought I need. WOW..an honest woman! Because of that, I've given gift certifcates to a family member, confident that they would get the best possible advice-and they did. You absolutely can't go wrong with this Spa-I HIGHLY recommend it!!!

    Massage Experience

    I had a wonderful experience on Saturday, Sept 30. I had wanted a healing stone massage (I had this massage before), but I changed to the synthesis signature massage and I am so glad I did. I felt wonderful andMy body was so soft and relaxed. I would have this massage again. Thank you!

    Lamprobe / Skin Tags

    recently had some skin tags removed by Laura using the lamprobe. This is amazing. It did hurt "a little" but so glad to get rid of these annoying growths. Laura is great and the lamprobe is great also!

    Nice little spa!

    I've had both Ana and Laura for micros and they are great. Nail services are nice too. I can't speak to any of the other services but I have enjoyed my last three visits!

    I love the services and atmosphere of this hidden gem! I think it is my favorite place I found on Groupon. Highly Reccomend Microdermabrasion, Depliar, and massages here. Laura is AWSOME!

    Knowledgeable

    Great mani / pedi

    I'm 40 years old and this was my first mani /pedi. I took my sister for a treat and never thought I would find it relaxing enjoyable. Julie and Laura were awesome and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable even though I have bad nails! My nails looks great! I will definitely go again!

    Synthesis Spa

    I found it a little confusing to find the spa itself as it is through the same door and corridor as the fitness area without any signage as to where to go. But past the pool, lockers, gym, etc is a small, slightly dark-ish salon area where the people couldn't have been nicer and more informative. I'm not sure I would call Synthesis a "spa" area, but it really is a clean, relaxing, personable, well-equipped salon that I will frequent often.

    Synthesis Spa was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The technician was very patient while I was selecting a nail color. She was meticulous in every respect and the surroundings were very clean. I had a great manicure and pedicure and wouldn't hesitate going back.

    My husband and I stayed at the hotel for an anniversary weekend. The spa experience was great. Employees were very helpful and thorough and it was very relaxing. We did a couples massage and pedicures and it was great.

    I had my first appointment at Synthesis. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had microdermabrasion, and all went well. I agree with caryl's 2/10/12 review. It was refreshing to go to a spa and not have the esthetician over-selling products to me. All in all, a great experience.

    A pleasant surprise in southern Nashua, NH

    How nice to find a small, intimate, well run spa. Great job with working around my schedule and then really good job in listening to my concerns and not over selling to me. Really like this place and think you will to!!!

    What a hidden jewel.... glad I discovered it!!!

    My first experience at the Spa was wonderful. Very relaxing atmosphere and music. A great opportunity to unwind while I had a Shellac manicure. Danielle was friendly and my nails look awesome. Not only do they do manicures, they also offer facials, permanent hair removal, and massage therapy. Would love to have a Spa day soon. Clients can even book their appointment on-line. Love this Spa.

    Like the services they offer an the coupons to first timers. Would like to see more package deals single visits are pricey but would love to make this a regular place to visit! Clean, nice people, great atmosphere.

    Danielle was great - I was the first appointment of the day so the place was a little quite - but it was nice and so was the atmosphere. This was my first time getting a shellac manicure - I love it !. I can't wait for the next one

    Very nice place and service

    I had a great time there yesterday, very detailed professional service and luxury environment. And I got an one-month gym pass, instead of the one-day pass originally on the groupon. They also have full set spa service. I'm definitely going back shortly.

    fun place to relax

    I had a nice experience at synthesis spa, danielle was great but the only negative was there wasn't enough colors to choose from. There were enough reds and pink but nothing else too unique.

    Massage

    I got off the plane in Boston, drove the hour to the hotel in Nashaua. Walked into the spa, right on to the table and left feeling like a million bucks. Nothing better than a great massage on a travel day!! Woudl come again and again.

    First time for microderm abrasion

    I do little for my skin other than moisturize and sunscreen, so I decided to try the microderm abrasion to exfoliate my skin. I have very sensitive skin, and was a bit hesitant, but Laura was very good at describing the process and answering questions. My skin felt very smooth afterwards and I am looking forward to my next session!

    Good quality, clean and pleasant

    I had a manicure/pedicure done by Danielle and she was excellent - quality job and she was great to talk to! I would definitely go back to Synthesis - don't let the fact that it's within a hotel deter you from going!

    Quite an Experience!

    I never had a micro-dermabrasion before. I was a little scared at first. I am so glad I went. My skin feels so smooth. I am hoping to rid some of the age spots and sun spots on my face. What a great experience. I recommend it to everyone.

    Can't wait to go back!

    Honestly, I walked in the door thinking "oh great.. it is super fancy, they will probably be snobs and i wont fit in at all." COMPLETE APPOSITE! Everyone at the spa was extremely friendly and welcoming. The service we received went above and beyond expectations. The staff made the experience very enjoyable. The music was kind of strange at times but it made for such a relaxing environment! I plan on driving all the way from Ma again just to get a manicure done & i know it will be worth it!

    Very nice people, not a nice entrance

    I thought the people were nice and the service was to be expected. I did not like the ambiance, the entrance is like walking into a dungeon and the reception area is not that nice.

    Perfect!!!

    I love it!!! Lisa explained everything honestly and I felt did a wonderful job with my microdermabrasion treatment. Was my first time and was very confortable!! I will be back for sure. The place was so clean and quiet, perfect too.

    First experience

    This was my first experience at Synthesis Spa. I was very impressed with Lisa, she was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. She explained everything but did not give me false hopes for the service. I have been to places in the past that promised results that did not happen Lisa expalined everything honestly and I felt did a wonderful job with my microdermabrasion treatment.

    I must say how much I enjoyed my recent Massage at Synthesis Spa. Cheryl was my Therapist and she was outstanding, in fact all the staff were great. I highly recommend this facility and hope to do it again very soon.

    Didn't know what to expect.

    I bought a Groupon for 5 microdermabrasions from Synthesis Spa. It was a great price, but never really heard of the spa. I was delighted with my esthetician Laurs. She was warm and friendly and informative about my skin. I told her about past experiences good and bad and she took that info in consideration before she started. One treatment and my skin looks better. Can't wait for the next one. I urge people to try Synthesis Spa.

    Great people...I wasn't disappointed

    I met them at Atlantis Sports in Nashua and from the beginning they made me feel very comfortable during our initial meeting and subsequent conversations. I haven't known them that long but that doesn't mean I wouldn't ask them for assistance if that need every occured. As for the services that they provide, I already got a massage and plan on getting another one in October. It was just a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I hope they prosper in their new location.

    Best local spa!!

    I am new to the services offered by spas and wanted to try a facial it was a wonderful experience and felt all appropriate steps were covered...the staff are friendly, welcoming, and very informative!! My experience was very nice and can't wait for my next visit!! What a treat to give yourself!!

    Excellent!

    I had the best 90 minute massage! Karen is fabulous! Truly, the best massage I've ever had and I've had plenty! I was nervous to have a massage at a gym since I have had them at other gyms and they were less than relaxing. The spa is in its own section of the gym and is beautiful!

    Highly Recommend

    I had a treatment for removing hair on my eyebrows, chin and lip. The experience was wonderful and definitely plan on going back. I recommend Synthesis Spa to everyone on this one session.

    Best Facial EVER!!

    I went to the spa for a facial with Laura. I expressed my concern regarding my sensitive skin and fear of leaving looking like Samantha in Sex in the City after her chemical peel! She was very consultative and provided a wonderful and relaxing experience. I highly recommend her services- you will not be disappointed!

    Very Relaxing

    Very professional staff. Very clean rooms with excellent piping music. I had the massage done and my girlfriend had the exfoliation. We both felt relaxed. I would highly recommend the couples massage as the room was spacious.

    What a wonderful experience. Laura was professional, helpful, and very enjoyable to work with. The rooms were relaxing and comfortable, especially the facial room. I will definitey be back and will be recommending to everyone I know.

    Manicure

    Great natural nail manicure in a comfortable setting. Professionally done, and good recommendations for maintaining healthy nails. It was a little noisy,with construction and "boot camp" outside, but well worth it. Will definitely go back!

    It was a great experience...

    I left Synthesis feeling terrific. I had both a facial and a pedicure. I learned of Synthesis through Spa Finder and didn't know what to expect. The place is lovely and both the pedicure and the facial were done to perfection. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is becuase the Spa is upstairs and the restrooms are downstairs probably due the layout of the building. This will not stop me from going back however. It was great.
