As far as service goes - Sutton Ford gets and A Plus. I did experience a little sticker shock on some of the quotes for repairs. However, the most important (brakes and rear window defoger repair) worked out to be a good deal. Thank you Melissa - I want to be invited to your Employee of the Month party.

I had an appointment for 7am to have my vehcile service. I arrived at 6:55am. .. exactly 7am I was seen. By 8:30am I was walking out the door a very satisfield customer.
