The brazilian waxing appointments with Jodi go quickly and pain free. I received this treatment at other spas and it was uncomfortable. She makes you feel comfortable and this wax gradually makes your hair go away with time. It also makes it the hair come off much easier after couple,appts. I highly suggest.

Most comments seem to discuss electrolysis or waxing. But you have to try the signature facial. It's a true spa experience and it totally rejuvenated my skin. I just tried Alex's foot treatment. You first soak your feet to remove the toxins but then he gives you a lower leg/foot massage. HEAVEN!

If 6 stars was an option, I would give that. I have been seeing Jodi for 7 years now. She is an astounding aesthetician.I have been to her for many services, but primarily use her for waxing. Let me tell you - she is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want for your waxing needs! I have been to other places where I have literally had to go home and pluck hairs myself. Not with Jodi - she does the best job, at a reasonable price, along with great customer service.

Jodi at Healing Harbour is my greatest find! I had been wanting to get the Brazilian waxing for awhile, and finally got enough courage, because a friend of mine told me that Jodi is the ONLY person to go to - and she was right. The procedure that I thought would make me feel very uncomfortable, actually turned out to be a great experience! Jodi's professionalism and great sense of humor made the time go by very quickly. The results are amazing!!! I am certainly going back to Jodi in 3-4 weeks.

If this is your first Brazilian wax ever, do not hesitate to go to Jodi. She is simply the best! I was really really nervous and a minute into it all my fears and shame went through the window. Jodi will make you feel really comfortable and the best thing is that she knows what she is doing. I had a great experience! Received many tips and I feel so sexy! So mad I waited so long to do it.

Top notch service! I want to tell you about Jodi's skin care line...Clinicians Complex! It is wonderful! I balked at changing to this product for a long time. I am so glad I did!! My skin is softer, brighter, and in much better condition than when I was using my other products. Also I do think that the fine lines around my eyes have diminished. I am no spring chicken...almost 60 years old! I take this skin care seriously! Wish I had when I was younger!

I always feel that Jodi will do a great job; she pays attention to detail, and has a warm and friendly personality so that I feel comfortable. I was fearful that getting a Brazillian would be painful but was surprised and pleased when it did not hurt at all! The wraps drain away my aches and pains and relieve my body of toxins. I was going in to get the Ionic foot bath detox, and Jodi explained to me that the body wrap was a much better full body detox, and it was also very relaxing. Arrived nervous and harried, within minutes I calmed down. Connie is kind and attentive. My greeting by Connie was friendly and she called me by name. I was given disposable bra and panties to prepare for the wrap. I mentioned I was claustrophobic. After being swiped with methol solution, I was wrapped first in a sheet, then plastic then velcroed into the heated Infra Wrap - I lasted 15 minutes - too close for me - will try the Signature wrap next time.

Connie was simply terrific. She is very calming, professional and thoroughly explained every step of the treatment. Whether the wrap really works to lose inches remains to be seen, as it is a process, but regardless I will be back for another treatment, as it felt very cleansing, soothing and de-stressing. I'll be back for Connie, also, to try other services. I highly recommend Healing Harbor for the atmosphere, warm staff, unique services and reasonable prices.

I have only had one other massage in my life and it was not a good experience. Having moved here only 3 years ago, I am still adding to my "list" of what is familiar to me. I therefore tried Healing Harbour based solely on a recommendation from a friend. It was a very pleasant experience and I plan to return as I am financially able to. However, their price is very reasonable and it is well worth the cost! I'm looking forward to the next time I can go!!

Got my first Brazillian, I was amazed that it hardly hurt at all. Getting my upper lip waxed hurt a lot more than the Brazillian. Jodi was great and made me feel comfortable. The music was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep.

It's not the most pain free thing, but Jodi makes it as gentle as possible and really gets every hair during the session. There are a lot of spas and most are 'feel good' or pamper type spas. You get that at Healing Harbour, but you also get real results when you follow Jodi's advice. Of course, I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after a signature facial. But my face is actually transforming. The wrinkles are diminishing and I now understand the term dewy skin. My once super dry skin actually has moisutre. The skin care products have a terrific price point and they work! No arguing with a mirror.

Before deciding on an establishment I read lots of reviews and this was the only location with all great reviews. Once I went to my appt I saw why. Nearly painless, awesome customer service,... just an awesome experience over all. While in the parking lot before driving off I mass texted all of my friends about how smooth the appt went. Its a 45 min drive 1 way, and totally worth it!

My first time going was yesterday and it was also my first Electrolysis treatment ever. Jodi did such an amazing job and I can't wait to go back!!!! It was great and i recommend the services to anyone out there.

Thanks for the water, as it was 100 degrees outside. After filling out minimal paperwork, I was ready for my first appointment, which was quick, efficiently managed, relatively painless, compared to the procedure used years ago. My results were amazing - redness gone in a few hours.

Facing a colon screening, I just HAD to get myself more presentable to help de-stress as I know many at my hospital. I was delighted to find Jodi, who made the experience very comfortable and we were totally laughing together! I must admit, the first time does hurt, but the results are wonderful! She has convinced me it will be MUCH easier on the following visits. My husband loves it & with the price being so reasonable, I know I'll be returning. The products she uses are state of the art.

I have been to many day spas over the years but Healing Harbour is by far the best. I drive past several that are closer to my house because I'm always pleased with the quality of the services I receive at HH. This was my first waxing experience & it wasn't bad. Jodi was professional and engaging. The appointment took an hour and she may have been getting tired because she was not moving as quickly towards the end, which made it less comfortable. However, she demonstrated expertise, proficiency and easily created a rapport with me. I'll be returning. As an added bonus (and "dumb guy" comment), the girl at the front was GORGEOUS. It's not a bad way to start your visit, getting a smile from her!

Jodi's wonderful & patient. God did not give me lashes but Jodi did. She was even upfront with me about continuing to apply lashes. My lashes are weak & thin & most people performing a beauty enhancement procedure would not tell you of the possible dangers of continuing the procedure. She did. Jodi was up front and shot straight about my procedure. I will see her again, maybe not for lashes except on special occasions but for other services.Thank you 4 making me beautiful for my wedding day!

My first trip to Healing Harbour turned out better than expected. Scheduled 2 services; electrolysis and body wrap. The electrolysis did all that was expected. I had never had a body wrap, the body wrap and light message were very relaxing.

There are many unwanted things that can never be removed, attempting to do so yielding undesirable results. Sometimes multiplying those things. If hair comes to mind...that’s good, because unwanted hair is removable....permanently...from anywhere. As a woman of color skin treatments of any kind are taken with caution. Jodi did my first facial this week. It was wonderful! She explained the process thoroughly. The room was quiet and peaceful. I have been with Jodi for about 5 years, followed her when she moved to her new location. Jodi is professional and very particular about how you are treated. She did a complete evaluation of my skin needs before the facial so she could customize the process to fit me. You really should give Jodie a call. Once you do, you won't go anywhere else.

The spa offers every service you could ever want, but I go most often for the eyelash extensions.....LOVE THEM!!!!! Jodi is a perfectionist and does an outstanding job with the eyelashes!!! They are beautiful and I am hooked!
