Excellent knowledge and support

Sep 26, 2017

Brandon uses his extensive knowledge and expertise to help me get fit for hiking the Appalachian Trail. I started with him last January but had to take a hiatus for knee surgery. I returned to training in June and Brandon has quickly returned me to my prior level of fitness. I am looking forward to some AT hiking this fall with more extensive hiking next year. I am so appreciative of his help in regaining my strength and fitness to do the outdoor activities I love!!!
