Tamar has the gift of caring and making one relaxed. After the massage, I was literally in another world. She uses a lot of nice extra touches, like hot towels. The space is wonderful and calming. I recommend her highly as a skilled and caring professional. I made sure to book again!

I walked into Tamar's salon for the first time, a tense, nervous mess. I left feeling unbelievably relaxed. Tamar took the time to talk with me and listened to what I needed, and designed a perfect massage! I didn't feel battered when I left, like I have with other therapists. She worked on my problem areas in a gentle, but most effective way. She was also very attuned to my modesty, which I very much appreciated. Very nice person---I'd love to go back again!!

Tamar really knew what I needed. Tamar took the time to find out the areas that were bothering me. She really focused on the problem areas and made me feel like my head was detached from my body and floating in the clouds! Now talk about an experience. I walked out relaxed and calm. I can't wait till I can book my next massage! Oh, and she is just an amazing person, you just want to be best friends with her when you are done.

I was fortunate to meet Tamar while living in Northern NH. I was blessed when I realized that she moved down to the Seacoast of NH a few months after I did. Kismet I suppose!! I had a fabulous massage with Tamar yesterday!! My body, mind and spirit have been thanking me ever since. So happy to have her close by!! I highly recommend her!! 5 stars!!

I don't have anything to compare Tamar to, but oh man, I can see why people are giving her such rave reviews. Light touch with maximum results, I loved the whole thing. Can't wait for another! Clean and warm massage room made for an extremely relaxing and comfortable experience. Looks like I'll be a regular from now on.

I always love finding time to see Tamar when I am home for a visit. She listens to you, actually cares about what is going on in your life, and how you are feeling. Her massages are the best I have ever had. It doesn't matter what kind of massage you do, you will be very happy with the results. I always leave feeling relaxed, and re-energized when I leave. Her studio is very relaxing. Her prices are great. If I had to recommend one, then it would be the hot stone. Defiantly worth it.

I received prenatal massages throughout my pregnancy from Tamar. Tamar was intuned to what my body and mucles needed, even before I did. She knew how to prop me to make me confortable. My entire pregnancy I had low blood pressure, less vericose veins, and a positive attitude which I believe is from the prenatal massage. Thank you Tamar for a great 9 months!

Tamar has the ability to read and sense what is happening in your body. After being in some sort of pain for the last year, I have been to her twice and was able to gain some relief. She educates me and explains the muscle issues as she works. She is very helpful and very effective at what she does. I will continue to look forward to working with her and integrating her work as part of my health care.

I recommend Inner Truth. I tend to take on alot of stress and as a result I get headaches and pain in my shoulders.I walked out feeling energized and like the weight of the world was taken off my shoulders.She recommended things I could do at home to help with the pain.

I spend many hours a week weightlifting and core training. Being in my mid 40's my body doesn't bouce back the way it did in my youth. Tamar fixed that, she is very passionate and dedicated to the art of massage. I get the deep tissue maggage and always feel great when leaving. You can't go wrong with Tamar !

This was a wonderful massage, but so much more than just a massage. Tamar combined hot stones, reiki, polarity work with massage to create a healing experience. She took time after the massage to talk about what she saw in my body and my energy which I really appreciated. I have been recommending her to everyone!

Tamar is great. She takes the time to listen to what's wrong or what's "ailing" you and then will set to work on the trouble area and the surrounding "attached" areas. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and looking forward to my next visit. Tamar is also great about educating me on what she is working on and informing me on methods I can do to facilitate the healing and repairs on my own.
