Everyone talks about Starry Brook so I decided to check them out. I went in a little unsure, but gained knowledge about my body, symptoms and had a plan of action! Dr. Krista Delaplane is warm, genuine doctor who spends time with you, answers questions, & doesn't rush you. She explains everything clearly and she got back my results quickly. She "fixed me" faster than my PCP has in YEARS. Excellent communication! I switched my whole family to her from another practice in Exeter.

I recently had a massage with Jan. She was very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. She focused on trouble areas and it was very relaxing. Overall, it was a great massage and I would definitely go back in the future!

Dr. Giard diagnosed a problem that I have been having for years. Her approach deals with finding and fixing the cause of the problem NOT just the symptoms. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me become functional again. She is extremely knowledgeable and I am thankful to have found someone local who practices functional medicine. I am so thankful.

I recently went to see Alena because I have had difficulty getting to sleep for over six months. I had a great experience at my first hypnosis appointment. She was very professional and explained the theory and process of hypnosis very clearly before we began the session. Since my appointment, I have slept well every night. I look forward to working with her again. Hypnosis worked for me!

I recently had a massage with Jan. It was very relaxing and helpful for my medical condition. Jan was very professional and I was happy with the service performed. I will continue to see her for massages. Also, the office is very pleasant. Dr. Girard met me when I checked in. She also was very pleasant and we had a nice conversation. I look forward to being a regular patient of this office and benefiting from the many services that are offered under one "roof".

I've been seeing Dr. G since the early summer. She's helped my asthma significantly, with an approach of less is more, with respect to having to add supplements. This has made it easier to afford and to help transition into a healthier lifestyle. In addition, she has helped me identify multiple new food intolerances, which I now avoid in hopes of strengthening my system. She also now accepts my insurance. Great care that is finally covered. I could not be happier!

Dr Conte is our third naturopath and between all the traditional drs over almost 20 years and the naturopath we have seen over the past 5 she is the one who finally has found the answers we har needed for our health needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and her practice has changed our lives! From natural hormone therapy to thyroid disease to ADD.

The massage I received was very helpful in loosening my neck and shoulder area. I was given exercises to do which seem to be helping to relieve the stress in my neck and shoulder area. I was given the treatment I asked for. It was just the right amount of pressure applied to be effective without hurting.

I had a massage at Starry Brook, thanks to a G.C. from a kind friend. Tammy was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she up front said she would not talk, but keep it quiet so I could get the full benefit of my massage. Quiet is rare.. I did intiate conversations and Tammy was fun to talk with, but also was comfortable to let the talk subside. Finding a massage therapist that you are comfortable with is just as important as finding a doctor you 'click' with. thanks!

The last time felt this relaxed was on a beach with no WiFi! The folks at Starry Brook created an experience where I felt healed and comforted: prewarmed bed, soft lighting, relaxing music and aromatherapy, and bottled water. Tracey not only heard my complaints, but she pinpointed the reason why I've had chronic neck pain. She is very intuitive and after working out my knots, she completed the massage leaving me in a trance like state. I love how easy it is to book more appointments online!

This was my first experience with Dr. Conte and I am very pleased. Dr. Conte made me feel very comfortable. She took the time to learn about me as a whole person not just a medical history. The office atmosphere was very relaxed and calming.

I was afraid of the side effects from these medications so I went to Dr. Conte seeking an alternative treatment. Dr. Conte used acupuncture and naturopathic remedies to reduce inflammation and restore mobility to my shoulder.

Dr. Robyn Conte is an old fashioned practioner. She actually cares for her patients and that makes me feel good. As a Naturopath, she has the background and experience to determine the best treatment and the skills to provide care. Dr. Robyn's approach to wellness is unique; she not only tries to fix what is wrong but also provides the means and steps to help me make better health choices. I can't wait to see her again and tell her how her reccomendations have helped me.

This is the first time where I felt that I had a say in my treatment options. Dr. Conte took the time to truly listen with compassion and respect. All of my appointments have been scheduled promptly and the setting is so much more relaxed where I don't feel as if I am just a number be rushed in and out. I saw Dr. Robyn Conte when I had nearly reached my wits end with being sick. I've never had someone truly take their time to answer all of my questions and provide me with so many options for treatment. Her patient coordinator Jessica is so sweet too. Upon leaving I felt like I had a health goodiebag! She was so pleasant and so kind and made me feel so much better simply by knowing I had put my health in great hands. I'll never go anywhere else, thank you so much.
