Drug testing - $40.00: Urine drug testing for DOT physicals and pre-employment screenings
Sports Physicals - $40.00: Jr. and Senior High Sports physicals
Acupuncture - $25.00: Acupuncture used to enhance the chiropractic adjustment

My appt with Dr. Tom was time well spent. Even though this was my first exam I felt better for hours after the adjustments were all done. I'm looking forward to all my future appts on my road to getting my body in order!
