Dr. Chen was very professional. He made the entire exam go smoothly by continuously informing me what he was doing at all times and the reason being for his every action. He was definitely patient with when I asked him to switch back and forth from lens to lens numerous times. Will definitely continue to visit him for all my optic needs.

The doctor and support staff were helpful, thorough, and communicative. I definitely recommend this office. The convienence of being inside Costco and then being able to order your glasses is great.

Friendly , fast. The provider was very thorough. He recognized that I would need additional check up through a referral . I would highly recommend him.
Good optometrist, bad personal judgment

Husband was in hospital for stroke, high anxiety which could cause another stroke, and only reading and watching tv helped that. He broke glasses in bed, I told the doctor the story and even though prescription was just over a year old he would not give it to us to replace the glasses, said come in after he's out of the hospital. Even after the hospital he couldn't get around. My husband had recently seen his ophthalmologist & most offices including some Costcos are OK with 2 years renewal.

My eye doctor retired so I needed a new doctor. Loved how quick and thorough Dr. Chen made my initial visit.
