A one-hour session to get you ready for a customized fitness plan! We measure body composition, cardiovascular & muscular endurance, range of motion, and other tests to educate and motivate you through your journey!
1-2-1 Extension Training ($115.00)
After your 1-2-1 assessment, we "create length before strength." We lengthen shortened muscles, strengthen weak muscles, & create space around joints . Have more fun, feel better, & recover faster!
1-2-1 cardio/muscular endurance ($115.00)
After your 1-2-1 extension training, we work to thicken ligaments, joint capsules, tendons, & improve the internal structure & function of muscles. Have more fun, feel better, and recover faster!
1-2-1 strength ratio training ($115.00)
After taking the 1-2-1 cardio/endurance training, you are ready for a customized plan to get the 5 key opposing muscle groups strengthened according to proper strength ratios. Proper ratios maintain balance and posture.

Keith Gosline, owner of Personal Fitness Systems, is a highly trained instructor and coach. My wife and I have found his fitness training, body taping, and massage work to be excellent. We went from sedentary to triathlons and half-marathons with his encouragement, expert advice, and support for careful, planned physical development. Each month Keith does a fitness assessment. This includes tests of performance such as the step bench test and push-ups. He also tests flexibility though the sit & reach and shoulder flexibility tests. These assesments help to inhance my workouts and to celebrate improvemnts. I recommend regular assessments with Keith Gosline to keep your training on track and to monitor your goals

Keith is a highly trained personal trainer and massage specialist. He works with people who are serious about improving their bodies, and has done a good job for both my wife and I. The stretches he taught me solved some mobility issues that no one had ever addressed before. He does not give gentle massages, but serious fitness -oriented sessions for bodily improvement. I greatly respect his work. It's rare that I wake up with any stiffness.

Keith Gosline is truly a trainer for all seasons. Of particular help this year has been managing my stress through appropriate exercise. By focusing on training I have been able to manage my entire life better. It has helped me to regain my resiliency . Thanks Keith!

I was in a car accident recently and have been seeing an chrioprator with not much relief. I was given Keith's name from a friend and in just two visits I have noticed a huge difference. Keith is very nice and explains things in great detail. I would highly recommend him!
