After your 1-2-1 extension training, we work to thicken ligaments, joint capsules, tendons, & improve the internal structure & function of muscles. Have more fun, feel better, and recover faster! -
1-2-1 strength ratio training ($115.00)
After taking the 1-2-1 cardio/endurance training, you are ready for a customized plan to get the 5 key opposing muscle groups strengthened according to proper strength ratios. Proper ratios maintain balance and posture.
