    It actually works!

    I have been trying to get rid of my acne since I was 8 and nothing has ever worked until FR. After only 6 weeks my face looks like a small case of normal teenage acne, a huge improvement over what a dermatologist once diagnosed as severe acne. The staff are nice, seem to get that making a commitment to their program isn't the easiest thing in the world and are supportive of that. I can easily say though, that it is definitely worth the approx. 15 min of your day to have clear skin.

    The best, no-guess-work solution for acne!

    Face Reality took my complicated skin and within 3 months made a 10+year acne sufferer crystal clear! I've been clear for 2+years, and I actually miss seeing the face reality team! I go back every once in a while to see some friends I made on the staff and make sure all is still perfect (it always is). Definitely try it, do exactly what they say and you'll never regret it!

    It works

    I started treatment with Face Reality back in November 2012 and got drastic results in February. I'm finally clear; like you-never-would've-guessed-I-struggled-with-acne-all-my-life type of clear. But it's very important that you follow their instructions and stick to your regimen. The first 2 months of my treatment were kind of hard to get through (my face was a nightmare). But don't worry, everyone is very good at what they do and it will get better. It's totally worth it! You should do it.

    Initial Appointment

    When I went in for my initial appointment, my esthetician was informative as well as accommodating. I recommend getting a treatment in addition to the initial consultation. They use exclusive products so be prepared to pay for more than just your appointment!

    It really does work!

    My skin drastically changed once I started with going to Face Reality. After two years I thought I was done and could manage on my own... wrong! The breakouts came quickly after I stopped using the products and I did not want to the leave the house. I have been back to Face Reality for over a year again and Laura has helped me get the breakouts back under control. I do not planning on leaving Face Reality ever again!

    Not afraid of sleepovers anymore!

    I used to dread sleeping anywhere else because removing my makeup at night would reveal my horrible skin to other people. Three months in to my Skincare program my face looked amazing! Now I hardly get acne. The staff check up on my progress regularly and are very detailed during my visits. I highly recommend Face Reality. They make clearing your face an easy, doable process. They will change your life; I'm happier!

    Something that Actually Works :)

    I have struggled with my skin forever, and felt like nothing will ever help my skin. I found out about Face Reality in late August, and I'm so glad I did. My skin has never been clearer because of this place, and they helped me so much.

    Finally... relief!

    I have sensitive skin that reddens easily and has been prone to constant breakouts for years. After coming to Face Reality, it took about six months for my skin to really start responding, but I am now 95% clear. I took very seriously the recommendation to eliminate certain items from my life: dryer sheets, all pore-clogging products, iodine, peanuts and ADDING zinc monomethionine. It has absolutely been worth the financial investment. I should have come to Face Reality ages ago!

    Great experience! Highly recommended!

    I have been coming to Face Reality for about 2 years now. Laura was able to get my skin clear after a few months, I had stubborn non-inflamed acne that seemed to never go away. Laura was also able to help me find a routine that worked at keeping my skin clear during my pregnancy. And now, post-pregnancy, my skin is still clear because of Laura.     Continued personlized care!

    I have been going to Face Reality for 6 months. My face became completely clear after a few months. Recently, I started to intermittently skip my home regimen because of irritation. But Laura worked with me to troubleshoot and put me back on a regimen that works well for me! I love the continued thoughtful and personalized care for my skin! I LOVE FACE REALITY!

    Great first session

    I went in for a consultation and treatment and had a wonderful experience! Cheryl was very friendly, comfortable, gentle, and attentive. I felt that I received very individualized care and this was the best facial experience I've ever had! I'm looking forward to seeing results as my skin already feels more smooth.     Very satisfied long-time client

    I have been coming to Face Reality for about 4 1/2 years now, and every experience has been rewarding and well worth the time and money. Laura and Pat always welcome me like I'm family. I recently went back because I've been breaking out again and Laura tweaked my regimen and did an excellent treatment job.     My Skin is Already Changing

    Face reality saved my face!

    The staff is amazing. Very friendly and attentitive. And the products work! I tried EVERYTHING! Proactive, Murad, And every OTC medication I could find, antibiotics too and nothing could get me clear...I've been seeing the doctors at Face Reality and using the regimen they gave me for about 6-8 months and I am 90% clear...that's saying a lot for someone who has suffered from acne for 10 years! I would recommend them to anyone.

    Great experience

    Simply Amazing.

    Face reality has taught me how to become confident in my skin, despite it problems. It also has taught me how acne really works and how I can always stay on top of it. I literally have the pore clogging list printed out in my wallet just in case I ever need it. I also feel so much more educated about how skin works and how it can be helped.     Hopeful!

    Had my first appt. yesterday and I'm so confident that Face Reality will save my skin! The staff was great and Janice was so helpful &made me feel more than welcome. I'm very impressed with the way they work and how the service was done! They're there to get to know you inside and out to make sure they target whatever it may be that may trigger such causes of acne. I've been an acne sufferer for about 10 years now and I'm anxious to see where this path will lead me to!

    Best Decision Ever!

    I never had acne growing up but when I turned 37 I started getting hormonal cystic acne along with whiteheads and blackheads. I tried everything. Nothing worked. This went on for 5 years. I was at my wits end. I went online & stumbled upon Face Reality. It's been 4 years & my skin has NEVER broken out like that again. This place is a Godsend.

    My first visit

    I came to the Face Reality Clinic for acne and to even my skin tone. I was very impressed at the time they took to analyze my skin and listen to my concerns and the goals I wanted to achieve with regards to my completion. I also had a peel done and bought products. Never felt rushed or pressured to buy their products or packages. Their products are reasonably priced and seem effective.

    Saw a difference immediately!!

    I have been with Face Reality for 6 weeks now. I came in with 2 eczema patches on my skin and have inflamed and non inflamed acne. In just 6 weeks, my eczema subsided, a good amount of my acne cleared up, AND the overall health, texture, and appearance of my skin has improved!     Just when I ran out of hope!

    I have had many dermatologists throughout my 7 years with acne and so far Face Reality is the best. They actually explain what they are doing, each step and explain why your breakouts have not gotten better. They also recommend an entire new use of products such as safe shampoos and make up that will help stop breakouts.I have been battling self esteem lows and Face Reality gave me my confidence back again!

    Teens are in Good Hands at Face Reality

    I began taking my teenager to Face Reality after she was becoming despondent about her acne a year or so ago. Face Reality staff work really hard to provide her quality care during our visits and educating her about how to take care of her skin between visits. During our last visit, the staff person took extra care to ensure her pores were clear. She did it with a high level of compassion. My teen is back to her bubbly self now that her acne is under control. You all rock!

    There's No Other Place Like Face Reality

    Exceeded expectations

    I had my first visit to Face Reality this week and for the first time, I have hope. My acne is horrible, but meeting Laura and learning about her comprehensive yet individualized approach gives me hope because it makes intuitive sense to me.     Happy Camper

    What FR does best is continually customize a regimen for your skin. Other places offer generic solutions. FR staff are knowledgeable. Each one has a unique expertise. I appreciate how they keep and share careful notes so I don't feel like a new client each visit.

    Good appointment : )

    Saw Face Reality folks for first time yesterday and they were very helpful and honest about what we could expect from following program. We're optimistic about outcome and really like approach of treating whole situation (foods to avoid, supplements that help, facial treatments, regular contact, etc). 1,000% better than our current awful dermatologist!!     I LOVE Face Reality!

    I started going to Face Reality a few years ago. I've referred several friends and family there too and they're just as happy as I am with the results. I go back for products all the time and the occasional facial. I've probably gotten a facial from all estheticians and they're all so wonderful. I get my makeup matched there as well too.     Face Reality: Manage & Treat Acne

    I couldn't control and manage my acne for 23 years but then I had my first session with Laura and she changed the condition of my skin forever.     no more make-up!

    I took my daughter to Face Reality for the first time in August 2011. At that time she was wearing tons of foundation, etc to cover her skin issues (acne, hyperpigmentation, etc).     CLEAR FACE FOR LIFE

    I love this place! I've been coming here for about 2 years and I've never been happier about my face. I had dry skin and tons of acne before I started coming here. I began the extraction and chemial peels treatments regularly and faithly following the regime they showed me and in a few months my skin was clear. I also changed the make up I use to mineral makeup per their advise and 2 years later I'm still clear. The staff is great! The prices are reasonable!

    Hard work, and worth it!

    We thought the transition from one long-time staffer to a new esthetician would be difficult for our daughter, but Kimberly is everything you'd want for your tween. Going over hair and make up product lists, supportive chatter during extractions really helped her develop confidence in caring for her skin. She actually looks forward to going back.     It REALLY Works

    Good first experience

    Booking an appointment online was fast and simple and they responded quickly with the necessary documents for my first visit. My aesthetician was very knowledgeable and friendly, and did not try to push any products on me but actually suggested using up some of my previous products from a well-known acne treatment regimen! I'm already seeing an amazing improvement in my skin. My only caveat would be the slight attitude I got from one staff member I dealt with while there.

    Always Professional and Informative

    I have been impressed since the first day I took my daughter there for treatment. Her skin has improved so much and the smile on her face says everything. I even when in for a treatment for aging skin and was impressed with the treatment and the information I received. The products are worth every penny and are reasonable. The staff is fantastic they are a wealth of information and are so helpful. We are so glad we found Face Reality, we drive about an hour and a half but worth it.

    Wonderful staff at face reality acne clinic

    Although I arrived 20 minutes late for my scheduled appointment, the staff took me right in without a hint of irritation. The staff was informative, professional, personable and hilarious. They did not push their products on me, but I still bought everything suggested. They know their stuff, and it is an enjoyable atmosphere to face out acne nemesis!

    I highly recommend this place!

    I have had acne for over 10 years and I have tried every type of prescription medication (including Accutane), proactive, blue light therapy, and lasers. Nothing would really get my acne under control. Through word of mouth, I heard about Face Reality Clinic and I have been going here for a little under a year now. My face has had a total transformation! I have never had clear skin, and now I can walk out of the house finally without makeup and not feel ashamed. The staff is very knowledgeable!

    Excellent! 10 stars!!!

    My experience at Face Reality was excellent. I had not been back for a treatment in a few years. I called on a Wednesday evening and was booked for an appt the very next day! Francesca was my esthetician and was extremely knowledgeable. I asked her a ton of questions and she answered each one and then some! I am very interested in acne and skin care so she exceeded my expectations! Face Reality has been my prayers answered to amazing clear skin! I've referred friends who share the same results!

    Great First Impression

    I had nothing to compare my experience to, but from what my grandma told me it was a better experience than the last time she was their with my younger sister. I felt understood and I gained a lot of knowledge about my skin. Very thorough and the Esthetican was able to explain everything clearly and simply.

    Great Service, Great Results

    I first went to Face Reality when I had been seeing a dermatologist for years with ever worsening skin. After one month and two visits, my skin was glowing, softer and clearer - this is after my dermatologist said they only thing left for me was Accutane. I don't have to take any pills and my skin improves each time as long as I follow the routine. Additionally, my specialist at Face Reality knows me, my skin and my reactions so each visit yields results and comfort.

    After trying everything we could find on the market, we found Face Reality for my teenage son and it's been an answer to prayer (literally). My son has been battling acne for 4 years only to the point where we feared major scaring.     I gave 4 out of 5 because I'm new and waiting to see results!

    These people are legitimate, serious, scientists of acne. They have a thorough understanding of the causes and some effective treatments, and I am assuming that they can help anyone at least improve their skin's condition from its current state. Folks with dermatillomania: this is a good place to go because there is a specific program and it is only worthwhile if you actually follow it, which means no "picking". So far, a good experience, with good results. Not a panacea, a positive step.

    My daughter uses Face reality and her skin is acne free now. I would recommend Face Reality and their products over any other service or products. She tried every product made for acne with no results. Once on Face Reality products her acne cleared up.

    Hopeful!

    I've been using face reality's products for a week now and my face has made a big change. I only breakout on my forehead so the products have really made a difference. I am still experiencing a breakout or 2 but nothing like before. My first day their I received treatment and my face looked much better than it did when I walked in. Julie was great! I'm hoping the products will continue to work and keep my skin clear for good.

    I would recommend to anyone

    Way more helpful then any kind of dermatology I have ever been to. Very nice and caring which makes people feel a lot more comfortable. The reason I chose 4 stars is because my skin is not yet healed and if I follow the regimen 100% my skin is irritated and I feel that my skin could be completely better somehow, but who knows I could be wrong but my breakouts are way less and my skin is way better. I will continue to go there and I think it's better than anywhere else.

    I learned so much on just my first appointment, from products that I was currently using that had pore clogging ingredients, underlying causes of different types of acne, implementing supplements, to an entirely personalized home regimen!     Great Experience!!

    I went yesterday to my first appointment at Face Reality Acne Clinic. I am 29 years old and started breaking out for the first last year. Patti educated me on the causes of acne and products that I am currently using that could be clogging my pores. I purchased their sensitive skin cleanser, moisturizer and sun screen and no joke, Today my skin is completely clear. The small bumps I had yesterday literally cleared over night and I feel such a confidence and joy today. THEY ARE THE ANSWER!!

    I've been going to this place for a while now. All I know is that this place deserves every award imaginable. They know what they're doing -- they really do. Dermatologists don't have a clue.     Great first visit to Face Reality Acne Clinic

    Went to my first visit on Sat and it went great. They say it will take some time for the scars and what not to go away so let see what happens! I came in early and was seen right away. Appointment took less then an hour and Julie put make up on my face to hide the swelling. I was very impressed and appreciative of Julie's help!

    I am so glad that I found a place like Face Reality. I met with Cheryl and she made me feel super comfortable at my first appt. I drive 2hours to get there but it is well worth it! The staff is nice, the place is nice, and I am feeling super confident that the regimen will work.     Review for Face Reality Acne Clinic

    FR really knows acne and they really like healing it. The only reason they don't have 5 stars: after their intense facials I am super red. It would be great if there was a lounge or chill out area to recover. Right now, they only have a small brightly lit wait area and that is not enough. Also, there needs to be two bathrooms. After a facial, I like to put a little non-pore clogging make-up on and this directly conflicts with folks who just need to pee.

    Much needed facial.....

    Always good to get a facial after a stress induced breakout. I've been coming here for awhile and is very happy with the results. All I have to do is follow my routine.     Couldn't be happier....

    I am so thrilled to feel like I'm actually speaking to someone who knows what they are talking about. I have had just one treatment and been using the products for 4 days and my face is feeling and looking better already. Crazy that I have been using a face wash recommended by multiple dermatologists and it is a huge pore clogger. I can't wait for the results.

    Face Reality works!

    I'm an adult that has had acne since puberty. Nothing has worked on my acne (I've tried MANY over the counter products, including Proactiv). After a few months with Face Reality, my skin is completely clear! Not only that, but their staff is courteous, professional, and responsive to questions.     FABULOUS EXPERIENCE

    I did not go to Face Reality because of acne, which thankfully has not been a problem for me, but for general improvement for normally aging skin. I received a face peel and extraction. It is too soon to tell the results (I just had it done yesterday) but CHeryl was outstanding in giving the treatment and information that was helpful for future care.

    Just had my first consultation & treatment

    I had my 1st consult and treatment yesterday. I finished up really red and swollen, but luckily they offered to put on some of their mineral make up to cover it up. In the last 24 hours, the zits that I had have definitely gone down, but i think that it is still too soon to see any real results. The office and Julie were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Hopefully, my face starts to clear up soon.

    I have had acne for the last six years. I have tried all types of antibiotics including accutane. when I was on accutane, my face was nice and smooth. Immediately I was out of it, I started breaking out again. Then I heard of face reality acne clinic. It has been two months since I started working with Cherly. Everybody is noticing my smooth skin.
