Sara Gunnarsson efficiently walked me though what I needed to know on the dashboard so that I can quickly update my website. She answered all my burning questions and was very quick to get back to me with the information I requested. She was a great help.

Simple but customizable
The crew at Advisor Websites is waiting to jump at the opportunity to help. The interface is easy to use yet it is very customizable so your website won't look like all the other "Green Gem" sites.

User Friendly
Todd Baylis gave us our dashboard training and he was a great teacher. With his help we found navigating the dashboard to be simple and straight forward. There are also so many great features that really help us to manage and monitor our site.

Training Conference Call and follow through
The training was conducted in a very professional manner. The follow up on items of concern was excellent! Very helpful. The only thing I would like to see improved is the lag time when I was controlling the cursor.

I really like my new website, I am very excited to inform my clients. Ryan and his associates have been excellent whenever I have a question regarding anything that needs to be added.
The only thing is that I find the turnaround sometimes take a couple of days before I see it on my site. Very minor.

Website look, feel and navigation
Todd is super helpful, very knowledgeable and he designed a website that i am very happy with. his team is very responsive too. Todd tried to teach me how to edit the site myself, but i have my plate too full with other projects. when i need updates, i will let them do them for me.

I am still learning to navigate the dashboard so that I can make the changes needed to our website, but all in all I am finding it relatively user friendly.

Web site intial presentation
Loic did not have enough time to answer all my questions and brushed me off at the end of the presentation as he had another one to do right away. I also did not receive the promised email for the one month complimentary trail of your web site yesterday evening or yet today. So it makes me wonder what sort of service would be provided if I sign up for your web site. Would it be sign up and then no one helps me out? Anyway, I still would like to receive the one month free trial website.
