Very Kid Friendly
I took my 11 year old to see Dr. Lo and talk about contact lenses. Dr. Lo was very informative and my son felt so comfortable with him. He was very patient and docile with my son who was nervous about the lenses. My son will be seeing Dr. Lo for a very, very long time. He is awesome!!!!

Awesome visit
My eye was dry and had been extremely red for several weeks. Dr. Lo prescribed some drops which cleared up the redness in a matter of days and he was able to re-check my eyes a week later for updated prescriptions. Everything went very smoothly . I'm very happy!!

Best Eye Exam I've had in 10 years
I highly recommend Dr. Lo, and believe me, I've been to a LOT of optometrists in my life. Dr. Lo is a fantastic optometrist. His exam is thorough and he takes the time to tell you what everything means. He was able to get my vision to the clearest it's been since I was 16 and I have quite a lot of astigmatism.

Dr Lena Li was FANTASTIC!!
Brought my daughter to Costco to get her first pair of contacts, Dr. Li was absolutely GREAT! The office staff is amazing, they taught how to put them in and were kind and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend this place! Both doctors are outstanding!!! Thank you!!!

Very thorough
My first complete eye exam and I would definetly go back to Dr. Lo. He was very thorough and explained everything about the exam. However, one of his office staff had me wanting to walk out before seeing him. Very sloppy, scattered and unprofessional. She does not represent him well. I'm glad I stayed.

Awesome!
Dr. Lo has been my optometrist of choice for 14 years. He's the only doctor I trust for my eye glasses and contact lenses. Juanita, his assistant, is awesome and someone I've come to regard almost like another aunt. I highly recommend them!

Excellent Service and Thorough Exam
Dr. Lo was very thorough in finding a pair of contact lenses that worked for my eyes and for the particular environment I live in. For the past few years, my contact lenses have felt increasingly uncomfortable. On my visit, he provided me with several options.
A lifelong contact lens wearer, I've been to many optometrists, and in comparison to those past experiences, I can say that his commitment to finding the right fit for me was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Lo.

Very Good Optometrist!
This was my first appointment with Dr. Lo. When I first moved to Azusa I tried several optometrist from Pasadena to Monrovia to Arcadia, but was never satisfied. So I went back to my previous optometrist in L.A. But that was so inconvenient that I decided to try Dr. Lo. I'm so glad I did. He takes his time and appears to really care about his patients. No more driving to L.A.

This was a great visit with Dr. Lo. I had not had a visit with him for about 4 years and he treated me like I was there just last week. I have had two eye surgeries since my last visit with Dr. Lo and he was great with making sure I was comfortable with the contacts I got and making sure my vision was perfect. It was a great visit.

Other optometrists need to schedule an appointment with Dr Lo to learn how a true professional operates. I was trying to decide between daily contacts versus weekly ones. Dr Lo explained the pros and cons in my situation. He even gave me samples of both to make sure. That should tell you that he isn't rushing you and that he is open to giving the best options available.

Our entire family has been going to Dr Lo for at least twelve years now. We would not go anywhere else. He takes time to understand your issue, explains your options in detail and is truly caring. I had a thorough, but quick eye exam at my local Costco. I ordered my new glasses the same day and the prescription was perfect - this is the third or fourth time I've had my eyes checked here, and the service has been excellent every time.

Worth the price
Good quick service for a great price. However, I wasn't told which doctor I was seeing, and the doctor didn't care to introduce herself either. The office assistants were swift but didn't tell me up front what I would be charged for and their person office conversation was unprofessional.

I have been seeing Dr. Lo for my eye examinations for over the 5 years.
I would strongly recommend Dr Lo to anyone seeking eye care. Dr. Lo provides a comfortable atmosphere and is sensitive to his patient’s needs wants and expectations.
He is very meticulous during the eye examination process and is very detail orientated with regards to his observations and communications with his patients.

Great Experience, Overall
My only complaint with our recent visit to the eye doctor was the name of the doctor who examined my son. I signed up online and expected Dr. Lo, but found out when I arrived for the visit that he wasn't working that day. I had wanted Dr. Lo. I was not unhappy with Dr. Lin, but it needs to be clear online which doctor you will be seeing. Otherwise, the online setup was great; the visit was good and on time. Thanks.

I consider it a stroke to luck to have found such a caring and competent professional such as Dr. Lo, especially in hard times like these when one's money can so easily be wasted on money-grubbing doctors who offer the minimum and charge the most. The only reason I would change doctors now is if Dr. Lo leaves the So Cal region.

A good exam
This was my first time seeing Dr. Lo. He was personable and gave me a very good exam. His staff is effecient and friendly. He gave me my prescription for three different eyeglass options (bifocals, progressives and a half-eye reading lens) which I appreciated. I will be back for my next exam.

The guy working in the office was a bit overwhelmed, stressed, and not forthcoming in explaining what was required or expected up front. Dr. Lim was very helpful but lacked a little bit in gentle explanations of how things worked. I couldn't reach the office through the # on the Costco website.

I have been going to Dr. Lo for contacts since he opened his practice at Costco (about 10 yrs?). He has always been very attentive and has offered many options and samples. I now wear multi-focal lenses that are oriented toward monovision! I see amazingly well! You can make appointments on line--but make sure it is one of the days he is in the office. It isn't always clear.

If At First You Don't Succeed
Dr Lo was terrific. I mistakenly didn't see Dr Lo the first two times I went there for my glasses and I had problems with the prescription. My family and I have been with Dr. Locfor 14 years. Even though we've moved away from the area, we keep coming back because he's a great family eye doctor. Even though he's not part of the VSP network, I'm willing to pay a little more to keep Dr. Lo as our family Dr. Friendly staff and easy to make appointments with or get in contact with.

The service is excellent from the time of the appointment booking until the end of the visit. Great Doctor, Great service, very friendly. The lady at the front desk provided very professional service. Overall experiece is outstanding! I would highly recommend this Doctor to anybody.

I had Dr David Liem who seemed very competent and caring. I am not used to being in and out of a doctors appt in 20 minutes, so he was timely yet I think thorough. I was impressed that he took a few extra minutes to research a question I had and call a friend and made a recommendation.

I made an appointment online with Dr Lo for 11/8/10 and received an email to confirm my appt with Dr Lo. When I arrived at the office I was told that a different Dr was going to see me and Dr Lo does not work on Mondays. Had I known this I would have made the appt on another day. Unfortunately I stayed for the exam. The female Dr. who did the exam was clueless. She was not sure how to write my prescription and changed it a few time. I was cheated and I'm not sure if the prescription is accurate.

A truly caring professional. Carefully reviewed all my test results with me and gave me a more thorough explanation of everything than any other doctor I've ever visited. Made sure I asked any questions that I might have. Very patient. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

I was a first time patient with Dr. Lo and I am glad to say that I was a very satisfied person. He answered any questions I had thoroughly and didn't hesitate to take his time when I was getting my measurements taken for my new contact lenses. Unlike previous experiences, I didn't feel rushed through that critical part of my examination.
