  Includes a health history review, comprehensive wellness exam, acupuncture treatment, and additional modalities as appropriate (for instance, cupping, gua-sha, electro-stim, herbal therapy). Allow 2 hours for the first appointment.
• Return Visit (1 hour) ($70.00)
  Includes a review of symptoms and any new health developments, acupuncture, and additional modalities as appropriate (for instance, cupping, gua-sha, electro-stim, herbal therapy). Return appointments typically last 1 hour.

• New Patient Herbal Therapy ($60.00)
  Includes an exam and discussion of health concerns to be addressed in herbal therapy. Acupuncture and other modalities are NOT included in this option. Cost of herbs is additional.
• Return Herbal Treatment ($30.00)
  Review of your health history and current health concerns; an herbal formula will be created to address main health concerns. Cost of herbs is additional. Acupuncture and other modalities are NOT included in this treatment.
• Yoga or Meditation Class- 30 min ($35.00)
  30 minute private instruction in yoga, core strengthening, breathing techniques or meditation tailored to your goals. Includes personal instruction and written notes. A free phone consultation is required first for new patients.
• Yoga or Meditation Class- 60 min ($50.00)
  60 minute private instruction in yoga, core strengthening, breathing techniques or meditation tailored to your goals. Includes personal instruction and written notes. A free phone consultation is required first for new patients.
• Yoga Consultation
  A free 15 minute phone consultation is required prior to scheduling private yoga instruction.
• Meditation Consultation
  A free 15 minute phone consultation is required prior to scheduling private meditation instruction.
