    A life saver

    I started with Boynn 2 months ago specifically for early menopause symptoms. Since then she's been able to decrease all 3 of my high priority concerns. She's a wealth of knowledge and incredible at her work. I couldn't imagine seeing anybody else during this time. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment referring Boynn to anybody that was in search of an amazing Acupuncture experience.

    I've been seeing Ms. McIntire for a number of years, due to back problems originating from birth. She is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, kind, loving personable and wise acupuncturist I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and make that appointment now!

    Effective and compassionate care

    As a licensed massage therapist I tend to over assess my own physical pain issues but when in the care of Boynn and her staff at All and One I completely defer to her knowledgable and effective treatment and care. I always leave feeling more whole and comfortable in my body and informed as to how to stay that way. All and One is a true place of healing and I recommend Boynn to everyone I know who could benefit from her care.

    Awesome acupuncture!

    Boynn is a wonderful! She has helped me with a variety of issues, the main one being my awful Spring allergies, but also back pain and bladder issues. Her office is a warm and inviting space and she has such a great calming and patient presence. She truly listens to you talk about what is ailing you and then explains options in a clear and accessible way. I feel so lucky to have found her! What a great resource for health and wellness in Portland.

    Kind, Knowledgable, and So Very Effective!

    This was my first time in with Boynn, and my experience was amazing. She really takes the time to get to know you, your body, and what's going on with your health. I can say confidently that this first session with Boynn was the first time I've had instant, recognizable and lasting relief from any sort of bodywork or alternative care I've had done in the past ten years. She is extremely knowledgable and very good at what she does. I can't recommend her strongly enough.

    Effective, Compassionate and Caring

    Boynn has been treating me for a variety of conditions for about 3 years now. I never fail to get relief from whatever ails me. I've been receiving Acupuncture treatment for over 25 years now, and Boynn is certainly the most effective practitioner that I have ever used. whether the treatment is Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, or any one of the other treatment modalities she employs, I cannot recommend her strongly enough.

    What a relief

    I just started using Boynn and I am really impressed with how much she has helped my back problems. What a relief from the ache I was experiencing every time I sat too long. She has excellent skills and a real sensitivity regarding placement of the acupuncture needles.

    An amazing acupuncturist . . .

    I've been seeing Boynn since her days at OCOM and have never encountered a more professional, healing, nuturing and personable acupuncturist. She is the perfect starting point if you are new to the art. I cannot begin to tell you how centered and balanced our sessions leave me.

    Boynn is such a bright spot in my life!

    I have been seeing Boynn since May 2012 and what a world of difference she has made! As a runner I’ve had a few small bumps along the road but always emerge from appointments feeling centered and top notch. We've addressed energy levels as well as aches and pains from training. I've noticed a difference when I race and haven't seen her prior. She's wonderful practitioner. In a world of Western medicine it's easy to feel a bit swept to the side, but Boynn's concern and care is warm and genuine.

    Floating

    It's a good thing I don't drive because I don't think I would have been able to after a visit with Boyyn! I succumbed to a delightful fog of relaxation and healing. I've had chronic asthma since I was 14 and for the past several days after my appointment with Boyyn I've been able to breathe clear for the first time in a long time. I will definitely be back!

    Feeling Relaxed

    I had a very positive first time Acupuncture appointment with Boyyn. She is very thorough, professional, and provides a very relaxing and comfortable space.     Extraordinary Care

    I have been consistently impressed with, not only the improvements these treatments have had on a chronic issue for me (allergies), but Boynn's quality of care.     I'm a BELIEVER NOW ....

    After a recent MVA, I decided to participate in accu. During my visit with Boynn, I was very impressed how she engaged and addressed my medical history. When I arrived for treatment I was in soooooooo much pain, however, her treatment brought me tremendous relief. As a matter of fact, on the next day I was able to clean out my garage. I had not been able to do anything close to this for the last two years!!!! Thanks to the support and healing of acupuncture ... I'm a BELIEVER NOW!!!

    what a relief

    I went here after a recommendation from my wife who read positive Yelp reviews. I wanted accu to work but went in a bit skeptical because I had knee pain and thought surgery would be the only option; wow was I wrong. After a thorough intake discussion Boynn gave me a very thorough view of what was going on and how she could help. We finished with an initial treatment and tips on some exercises I can do to help alleviate the problem. Very happy we found A&OAaH, will recommend to anyone.

    now this is amazing.....

    I hurt my neck, coming up from stopping down under a low stone overhang with full force. My neck began to hurt and after a few weeks I could not move my neck to the right or look down without a great deal of pain. Boynn treated my neck by inserting a needle into the back of my left hand and the top of my left foot. I moved my neck slowly, back and forth as Boynn "tweaked" the needles and the pain disappeared and has stayed away. Amazing, huh!

    Wonderful Service & Atmosphere

    I started going to Boynn to deal with some minor pain, and she quickly became my favorite, and most attentive, health care provider. I can go to Boynn with any concerns and get thorough, caring feedback and assistance. Going to Boynn is relaxing and stress free, and she's virtually cured some long-running health concerns I've had since I was a teenager! I highly recommend her.

    I felt expertly taken care of

    I wish my doctor was as thorough, took the time to listen, and spent as much time with me as Boynn did. I felt like I was in a spa, but Boynn was certainly experienced, and very good at what she does.     acupuncture for skin treatment

    I went in for a free 20 minute consultation and Boynn and I talked for 30-45 minutes. She really cares about the individual needs of the patient and wanted to find how to best help me in my financial state. I feel very encouraged and optimistic about acupuncture for helping with acne.     Welcome Concern, Great Information, Fantastic Service, and Excellent Results

    I had never been to an acupuncturist before but the pain in my knee was certainly a motivator to give acupuncture a try. After my first visit I noticed a big drop in the pain level. A couple of months later I'm almost pain free. She knows her stuff and really cares to get it right for you.

    Excellent Service

    I agree with all the other wonderful things written about Boynn. In addition to being very knowledgeable and efficient, she is very attentive and sympathic. She has good listening ears. Her office is always clean and soothing. She feels you welcome. She was my first acupuncturist and I didn't know what to expect at the beginning, but she will get you hooked to acupuncture in no time. She is excellent and wonderful, and I highly recommend her.

    Expertise and excellent results

    Five years ago I was hospitalized for congestive heart failure and a pacemaker and defibrillator were put in my chest. I was alive but had no staminia. Last year I began weekly acupuncture treatments at All and One. February, 2012 my cardiologist said he only needs to see me once a year. I credit my cardiologist and the tender, life-restoring, intellegent care I receive from Boynn McIntire at All and One Acpuncture and Herbal Clinic for my good health.

    All "in" One Personal Care

    New in town. I was in search for practitioners to deal with arthritis, joint pain, allergies, gastrointestinal, chiropractor, massage, back issues, diet, etc........ I chose Boynn!! She takes an interest in the body as a whole. She spends a considerable amount of time obtaining a complete medical history. She is kind, gentle, professional and intelligent.     Amazing personalized care

    Boynn is the most wonderful person! She has a lovely energy and is so personable. I felt completely at ease talking with her; you can tell she really cares about getting to know you as an individual - and making sure she knows the best way to treat you as an individual as well.     My First Cupping Treatment

    Wonderful experience!

    This was my first time trying acupuncture, and my experience was excellent. Boynn takes time to know the background history with me, and administer appropriate care. Her office is very clean, comfortable, and she takes extra care that I was at ease. As to the service, her acupuncture is the only thing that had made difference to my shoulder injury thus far - and I tried medications, icing, resting, stretching, etc. I believe her recommendations are gentle yet realistic. Highly recommended.

    Awesome Accupuncture Experience!

    I found my experience at All in One to be amazing. Boynn was exremely thorough with me, she took a long time really listening to my story so she could provide specific care based on my pain history. I have chronic muscle pain and tension. She did an awesome job of finding my trigger points with the accupunture and the hot cup therapy really helped me loosen up. I havent felt this loose in literally years! I loved everything about my visit. Definitely will return.

    Attentive, sensitive, informative, effective

    I felt pretty nervous the day I went. It was my first time. But Boynn helped me settle down and relax by providing me the information needed and being sensitive/attentive to my discomfort. By the way, I felt better the next three nights when I went to sleep than I have felt in years

    Phenomenal!

    I did not know what to expect with acupuncture and cupping, but was willing to try it for my low back pain, which I've had for 5+ years. My constant discomfort has now changed to the absence of pain. My back feels like it should! Boynn is so professional, safe, intelligent, and holistic. I will recommend her to all my friends. She knows the location of the body's exact acupuncture points, which can't be said of all acupuncturists. All and One is simply perfect.

    Wonderful! Highly recommended!

    I went to consult Boynn for both cosmetic and physical therapy. A friend of mine who had numerous sessions with Boynn had recommended her to me.     Wow!

    I was experiencing acute lower back pain and needed immediate care. Boynn was all booked up but she made a rare exception to see me on a Sunday. She was professional and at the same time, warm, friendly and had a sense of humor. I feel 10 times better. I'm amazed at the improvement. Top notch! I'll be 'back'.

    In Good Hands

    Boynn listened well and based her treatment on what I really needed. I left feeling much better than when I went in and will definitely be going back for more.     Feeling Much Better

    I saw Boynn for the first time yesterday and am very impressed. She took a lot of time with me and made me feel like I have known her for years. I had cupping for the first time and it felt great. Today I have a renewed energy and was able to run 4 miles and do a one hour step class and felt like I could keep going!     An extremely talented and caring Acupuncturist

    I have been having acupuncture treatments since 1994 with numerous individuals through Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and a private clinic. I started seeing Boynn when she was still an intern. Her treatments were so effective that I have chosen to see her on a regular basis rather than continue at the clinic with reduced fees. She addressed my health issues related to fibromyalgia with intelligence and compassion and I feel I am on the road to a relatively pain-free existence.

    Totally Comprehensive

    I've had 2 successful visits with Boynn, who treats me for hip and leg pain. She has skill and ease during the treatments, and she gives excellent practical advice for helping you help yourself, making hers very comprehensive approach to health and well being.     Excellent Care

    I had my first consultation and visit with Boynn. Having known her personally for many years as a former colleague and friend, I had high expectations as I know Boynn to be extremely talented, proficient and caring. Even with the bar set high, my expectations were exceeded. It was an outstanding session and I am very optimistic that I will find relief for tendon issues that have not responded to other therapies.     Most recent treatment at All and One

    Wonderful Introduction to Acupuncture

    I was a complete acupuncture newbie and not sure what to expect, but Boynn was professional, compassionate, and intuitive. She thoroughly questioned me about my health (both past and present), and together, we determined a couple of issues to address.     Boynn at All and One is fabulous. She doesn't rush through an appointment, instead taking the time to make sure she understands the background leading to your visit. I've had both acupuncture and cupping therapy from Boynn and highly recommend both. She tailored the treatment to my needs and also to my personality, which I appreciate.
