Matt helped me identify what was triggering my shame response and how I use compliance to avoid feeling shame in the moment. He is supporting me in learning to identify and have more awareness and ownership of my own needs.

Learning Feelings - Eric
Apr 7, 2017
Eric is incredible. He sees our 11 year old who has ADHD and struggles with anger. I love how hes teaching him to learn how what hes feeling; where the angers coming from and how to deal with it. He feels safe with Eric and is always looking forward to seeing him.

John gives me council, hope, friendship, what I need to hear even when I'm not to excited to hear it. Our sessions are constructive. He helps me with things I don't see. I go away each time with a little spring in my step and hope, hope hope
