The only reason we used ACS was because of the numerous 5 star references he had. I was intrigued and had to see if it was true or not. After having my fingerprints taken and notary work completed I must say that Jay was very professional and expert in the work he did. The references are all true! We will use him again!

We have used ACS numerous times in last 3 years and this past time he really went above and beyond his normal great service. I accidentally left my wallet on his counter in the office and he called me at my office to let me know he was on his way to deliver it to me! I didn't even know it was missing yet! My home office in California called ACS and set an appoint,ent up for me - paid for my service by company credit card and when ACS showed up all I had to do was get fingerprinted! Everything was smooth - he arrived on time - fingerprinted me in about 5 minutes and was gone! Very polite and professional and I was impressed. I let me office in California know so that we could use him again if we needed that type of service. 5 Star!!!!

This is a fantastic niche business! I called Jay at 10 am on a Mon morning and he was at my office fingerprinting me at 1115 am same day! He is professional - detail oriented and honest! I gave him what I thought was $70 ( a $50 and 2-$10 bills) but it was actually a $50 bill - a $100 bill and a $10 bill. He called that to my attention and gave me the hundred back in exchange for another $10 bill. How many people would do that?

This was a great experience! My first experience with a printer located on Central Expwy was a complete disaster - my prints looked horrible and were rejected. Not knowing what to expect I arrived at Jays office and found a nice clean - organized office. I was greeted at the door and Jay explained the entire process while filling out the paperwork. Printing took less than 5 minutes and I was out the door with my 2 fingerprint cards. It couldn't have been a more successful trip for me!! I recommend Jay at ACS for any fingerprinting you may need!

I had scheduled an appt and missed it so when I remembered, I called back expecting to catch hell from them for not showing for an appointment - Quite the contrary, I called and Jay answered the phone - I explained situation and he said he understood and would be happy to reschedule. I was able to reschedule at my convenience, went in and was fingerprinted and on my way in about 6 minutes. This is an A+ professional and a 5 star service that Jay is operating.

I made an appt at a certain time and I showed up almost 45 min late because of traffic and was worried that I wouldn't be able to get my fingerprints done but when I walked in they were very nice and courteous. They were not angry and were more than understanding of the situation. I didn't notice till after I left that they had left a voicemail on my phone asking if I was able to make the appointment. The total time I was in there was no more than 15 min.
