Great service
They did a good job explaining what was wrong with my car to me, which I appreciate since I'm not the most knowledgeable about cars. While waiting for my car, they have a great waiting room with Netflix and wifi. When I needed to go home, they gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was done. Very convenient and great service. I will be going back again and again.

To be honest, I am not sure how I even got to ASG. I had been drinking a little the night before and almost everything was a blur. All I know when I came too the next day my car was fixed and the bill was small. This is the first time my car has ran good in years! Thanx ASG!

Once Again............Great Job!!
I have already expressed my appreciation for a job well done in a separate email which I sent directly to ASG. We have been customers there for 10+ years, which speaks for itself. Honest, dependable, no "up-selling" of services, accurate, fair pricing, and funny to boot!!

Above and Beyond Service
ASG came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. Corie was very helpful and infomative in diagnosing my Audi's repairs. He even came into the office extra early to do a final testdrive before I picked it up that AM. He walked me through each diagnosis and made recommendations for the future. If I weren't moving, I would continue to use their services every single time.

Long-time customer very satisfied
We have been taking our cars to ASG for over ten years and have always been very happy with their service and pricing. Since they have done most of the work on our cars, they know them and their history, which helps alot when we run into problems.. They know me when I walk in the door and are always happy to help. My only concern would be that they are not always great about calling with price estimates and when the work is done.

Excellent service
Scheduled my appointment online for oil change and car was taken in at specified time. Wait time was fine, while waiting room provided amenities to make time go by faster. Future recommended repairs were also provided.

Great Customer Service
Customer service is always great at ASG. I love being able to schedule an appt online and getting text reminders/offers. The waiting room is very comfortable and pleasant. The service is done for a fair and reasonable price. I never feel like I'm getting ripped off with them. They are very respectful and helpful. They are also fast. Love the Saturday hours too.

The service was great. From scheduling my appointment on line to having my vehicle ready before the quoted time. The lounge has beautiful decor and very comfortable unlike most auto service places.

Asg repaired my 2003 mercedes 500sl convertible. They did a excellent job at a reasonable price highly reccomend them. If you have a foreign car take it to them!

Oil change and overall service
I am a long-time customer for ASG and, again, expereinced a fantastic service visit today. While this was just an oil change, I have had major work performed on my car at ASG. They've always been forthright with price and service estimates. I will continue to bring this car and future vehicles to ASG.

Outstanding Service @ Reasonable Price
I am a long-time customer and received another outstanding service visit to ASG for my 2001 Toyota Camry. The price I was quoted was what I paid. I was kept updated and was able to reach a representative whenever I had a question.

Honest Service
I took my Chrysler 300C in for a grease/oil and asked to check the car for tie rods, fluids, etc. Instead of the $450 I was quoted at another store for fix the tie rods, ASG recommended a balance of the tires first. That was in fact the case and have now earned a long term customer.

ASG correctly identified a no-start issue on my Mazda after another shop tried 3 different fixes. They were also invaluable in their pre-purchase inspection, steering me away from a car that looked good on the outside but turned out to need to much work on the inside. Their pre-purchase inspection of a rather unlikely find found a diamond in the rough! Their thorough inspection gave me a clear idea of repairs needed over the next few years and I felt very confident in my purchase negotiations.

Great experience all around!
First off, these guys know their car stuff, but were still willing to listen carefully to what I (who doesn't know much car stuff!) had to say and what I wanted done. Since I had to wait a couple hours for the repairs, they set me up in the very nice waiting room with wi-fi so I could connect to my work while they did their work. And in the end, I got my car back with everything working, a great explanation for what they did, and a reasonable price. BTW, their website is easy to use, as well!

An Honest Auto Repair Facility.
This was my first time visiting ASG (Automotive Service Group). I scheduled for an oil change. The oil change was done well and they did a complete visual inspection. They told me about the items that needed attention. The thing that shocked me was they did not give me an estimate or try to sell me new tie rod ends, which I know it needs. I was very pleased that they were not pushy in that way. I most likely will have them do the work. I will also take my other vehicle in too.
