Amber was great from the start. She took a few minutes to learn about my story and back ground then organized the massage accordingly. I was a month out of back surgery and just needed an overall relaxation massage which she did and then some. Amber treated my scar with an oil to reduce scar tissue. Overall, I would recommend her to anyone

I was in Bend for Masters Nationals and found Action Dynamix through a web search. I kept my fingers crossed that she'd be good and made an appointment. It was, by far, the best sports massage I've ever had. She's a cyclist and knew exactly what I needed worked on and she did it expertly. Next year I will schedule with her again for sure!

I have been going to Amber regularly for nearly two years. I started seeing her to help maintain my body for running and cycling. She has since helped me through a knee surgery, and through several injuries related to a bike accident. Amber always knows where to focus her work, and understands how different muscle groups effect each other. I recommend her to all my athlete friends.

I came to see Amber for acute shoulder pain brought on by strain and over-use. She was very knowledgeable in techniques to loosen muscles even incorporated cupping for enhanced healing benefits. I immediately felt less pain on rotation and felt even better the next day.

When I crashed on my bike and wrecked my shoulder right before Memorial Day, Amber came in early the next morning and put me back together before my six hour drive. My next day I was good as new. It was truly miraculous how quick my recovery was.

I just got a pregnancy massage from Amber and it was great. She got to all my trouble spots and I felt less pregnant at the end, like a big weight had been lifted off. I also appreciated the extra touches like warm oil and a hot towel at the end on my back. I would recommend her!

I was down in the dumps after a bachelor party fiasco in Kentucky. Amber's intuitive touch put me back on track and now, two days later, I feel as if I had gone to Kentucky, not for debauchery but for a spiritual retreat. Having never had a full-body, Swedish massage before, I wasn't sure what to expect. After one hour with Amber who gave the message, I'm sorry to be heading back to Minnesota next week. I would be scheduling myself in to Action Dynamix on a regular basis. I highly recommend the Swedish massage to anyone looking for a restful way to spend an hour. I'm not getting any younger and long trail runs are a little harder to recover from these days. I hadn't sought massage therapy since my regular therapist moved from Bend a few years back, but I do recall how much more I enjoyed running when I did. After a few minors strains here and there I knew I had to find someone new to work out the kinks. I good friend recommended Amber Clark and what an outstanding call that was -- I'm back and better than ever!!

As a yoga teacher and athlete, I get bodywork frequently. Amber Clark's skill is unparalleled in my not-so-humble-opinion. She is often able to resolve a stubborn pattern of tension in one session. Her deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial techniques are so expert that I will often seek Amber's work instead of chiropractic or other intervention. More than merely "feeling better" Amber helps me travel further down the path of self healing. To say she's the best is an understatement.

Recently I had my first massage by Amber. As expected she was professional and practiced in her art. As she began to work with my body I could sense she was feeling where the tight spots and spasms were being held without me being specific. This to me is the sign of an artist. She knows how the body should work and can feel when something is off. After she was done I felt relaxed and my body had significantly more mobility.I will see her again soon!
