Excellent Service
I had a very therapeutic, intense yet relaxing massage and the injury that I was needing assistance with was treated with great care and sensitivity. I also found their flexibility with scheduling top notch. A very good experience all around.

Great Massage
I had a great massage here, although I am still a bit sore the day after but feeling 100 times better than I did before I went in to their office. Very professional and I love the comforting office and staff.

First appointment -> Great experience
As many I have an office work and some related pane in neck, upper and lower back. After an one hour massage with Rebecca I felt like a weight was removed from my back. I really appreciate her abilities. It was a great relief. I am looking forward to the following sessions. Administrative stuff went smoothly as well.

Amazing Massage
I received a massage from Rebecca to address reoccurring headaches and was incredibly impressed with the experience. I appreciated her effort in discussing with me ways to increase wellness, including suggestions for preventing re-occurrence, reducing soreness and the benefit of follow-up treatment to maintain health. I left feeling light, without pain and in an elevated mood; ultimately, feeling the best I had in weeks. I definitely would (and already have) recommend a massage from Rebecca.

Excellent Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Komonski was excellent, spent an hour with me for the intake appointment and really addressed me as a whole person. She's an excellent, kind and attentive Doctor. This is the second time a naturopath has practically saved my life when conventional doctors would have completely over looked the problem and just kept prescribing pills.

Massage Therapy with Rebecca!
I had a wonderful, warm, effective massage from Rebecca. I would recommend her to anyone! She is a great RMT and a wonderful person to know. I had a 90 minute treatment and she managed to treat all the areas i was concerned with efficiently and with great results. I feel great!

I'm addicted!!! I just simply couldn't go anywhere else!
I've been seeing Sarah for months now and I always enjoy the experience. Not only is she an amazing massage therapist, her and Lindsay really light up the room with their wonderful personalities and smiles. It's a happy place to come to and I always leave feeling refreshed and happy. Sarah always makes a point of making sure I'm comfortable and takes that extra step to find out how she can improve my health and lifestyle. If that doesn't sway you, then the extremely convenient location should!

Wow!
I recently had a massage with Sarah and she really worked out some knots and pains that I had in my muscles. She takes time to find out what I need and pays attention to my aches. Sarah is very attentive and friendly and really gives a great massage. I highly recommend her and Catalyst Health!

90 minute massage - totally worth it
My neck, shoulders and chest were really tight from working at my computer and travelling a lot so I booked a 90 minute massage to address multiple issues! Rebecca knew exactly how to find those problems areas and ease into them with just the right pressure, helping me create space, fluidity and movement. The work she did on my neck was miraculous. i can still feel the effects of that treatment days later! Highly recommended!

Excellent RMT
RMT, Sarah Wex, working at Catalyst Integrative Health is fantastic. I highly recommend her. She's smart, listens, and works with her clients. I recently threw my back out and paired my chiropractic care with massage. Best thing I could have done. She releived strain and tension in my back that I didn't know I had, and also did wonders in the area I had injured myself.

Friendly and knowledgeable
Catalyst's location is super-convenient and they are located in a nice soothing space. One of the rare spaces that is climate-controlled so you don't freeze or overheat (depending on the season). Sarah asks lots of questions so she can tailor the experience. I tend to prefer massages that work a very specific region very deeply, and Sarah does more of a holistic approach. I understand that this is my personal preference though but that accounts for my 4 stars.

She was open to customizing my massage to exactly how I wanted but made knowledgeable suggestions which really made a difference. It was my first RMT experience and I would return to her over anyone else next time I need an RMT.

Cynthia is attentive and meticulous in her pre-treatment patient interview, but one feels at ease with her. She is knowledgeable about ajuvant herbal treatment as well. I felt relaxed after acupuncture.

My getaway!

A welcome relief from the mainstream healthcare system!
After months of upper gastro-intestinal discomfort, comprising many frustrating and fruitless appointments with my GP, I decided to visit a naturopath. My friend suggested Catalyst. Immediately upon arriving at the office, I was made to feel welcome. I didn't have to wait at all to see Dr. Nicole Duffee, which was another welcome change from the usual 45 minute wait for my GP. Dr. Duffee was kind, patient, and reassuring, and I was put at ease right away. A great experience!
